Pros

The tool teaches you how to manage a coaching program. I also like their support and help articles.

Cons

I would like to not have to use calendly to connect coach calendars.

Pros

I love the clean, elegant, and intuitive interface - for both coaches and clients. It works well both for individual coaches and for organizations/coaching teams. The resource library is fantastic!

Cons

I'd love to see contracting functionality added.

Increased collaboration

Pros

The platform allows us to manage our coaching business and allows collaboration between the coach and coachee with goal setting, scheduling, resources, and more. The team has listened to our requests and added features regularly.

Cons

The cost of Optify is the most challenging aspect given the pricing structure they use.

Scalability Made Easy

Pros

I'm grateful for this platform--it has enabled us to manage multiple programs in a streamlined, consistent, and sophisticated way. I appreciate the level of customer support we've received, and the humans who provide the support. The entire team is approachable, kind, and so supportive. We were also able to get up and running in a matter of days--so important when trying to launch an engagement quickly!

Cons

There are still opportunities for customization that we look forward to utilizing. We provide feedback to the team regularly--and it's taken with grace and appreciation, recognizing that we're in this together.

Our company is VERY new to Optify. We are currently in the matching process with two sponsors so we are very early on. From the start, I am very pleased on what I am seeing. We are using calendly and still emailing.

Pros

- LOVE the reports
- matching clients/coaches process is seamless
- reminder emails are sent out easily
- support questions are swiftly answered

Cons

I wish there was a way to see the dates of client sessions under a specific coach. Currently, to view it as an admin, you can see all the clients each coach have but have to click on each one to see any scheduled sessions.

Because of this product, I'm much more organized, I make less 'mistakes' in scheduling with my client, the clients are much happier having the control of our relationship (scheduling, communicating, keeping track for their own records), and I feel much more in control of billing and maintenance of the relationship from a business perspective. I do NOT want to go back to working without this system.

Pros

The customer service, willingness to assist, take the time to explain and stay on top of all improvements suggested by the user base.

Cons

After considering all options, I couldn't come up with anything.

Customer service is top notch. Even my most complex questions were worked out with ease. The Resource Library is a huge benefit to my clients. The Optify team is constantly upgrading the platform with new features and they make learning easy and fun.

Pros

The ability to make and share notes from past sessions, receive resources and see exactly where we are in the coaching engagement. The transparency is empowering for both client and coach.

Cons

It's a bit clunky to onboard existing clients but it can be done.

The Optify platform has improved my coaching business by giving me the integrated tools to initiate and track client engagements and provide a way to share the coaching journey more fully and transparently with my clients. This has allowed me to focus ON COACHING vs THE BUSINESS OF COACHING. And for those of us who are working as sole practitioners, that is a critical gain of time back! And the client benefits from my ability to focus on what is most important - their development!

Pros

The ability to set up a standard coaching engagement with clients is outstanding, along with being able to schedule sessions, set goals, and track progress throughout the engagement. I love the ability to take session notes, and deepen client learning through the ability to assign resources from the wonderful Resource Library (and the ability to create my own resources is a nice add too). Tracking sessions and progress is easy, and the ability to schedule or reschedule meetings is great. I am using Calendly and it integrates seamlessly with the Optify Platform. I get consistently positive comments from my clients on the ease of use from their perspective as well. As someone who has often kept these elements in different places, this has saved me a huge amount of time. I often share the platform with my client as we co-create goals together, which I find is a great way to document as you go. Returning to the platform makes remembering the details much less stressful which I also really appreciate.

Cons

The only thing missing from my standpoint is invoicing capability. However, I have my own system for that and have not found that to be a big issue. I can easily go into the platform and see where I am with a client and that makes invoicing really easy (versus tracking the number of sessions in one place, the meetings in another place, my notes in a third place etc.).

Optify offers the richest support I've ever experienced with a vendor partner. I was slow on the adoption of the system but once I started spending quality time with it, I was more and more amazed. While the technology is superior, the customer support is at a whole other level (meaning even higher)

Pros

The software is super intuitive to use, even for a non-techie like me. The support team is second to none - highly responsive and impactful. What I like most is the comprehensive suite of options that address all the most salient aspects of managing coaching in a large organization such as ours. The resource library is so helpful and it feels like the team has truly thought of everything. I love the option of sending notes to the client from inside the system. I would go so far as to say without Optify, we would not be able to offering the range, depth, breadth and quality of coaching we are offering out team members.

Cons

Nothing I can think of. The support team meets with me often and works to ensure I am aware of all updates and updates planned in the future.

Pros

That they are Flexible and respond to our needs when we raise them. We see immediate implementation or a plan of implementation.
That we can fully customize how it looks. The resources are great.

Cons

Nothing really. I just wish we have more scheduling options in the future in case Calendly is not supportive.

Pros

It's very flexible. It works the way I need it to work - not the way it wants me to work. It's flexible and adaptable.

Cons

Honestly - every time there is a deficiency of any sort - they seem to update it. So no real complaints.

Pros

Optify has done a great job creating separate coach & client views so that it really is a confidential experience. I can contact my coach when needed, easily schedule with him, and keep track of my goals and progress.

Cons

I wish I used it sooner! It's a great, easy, and affordable online tool.
