> **Pros**: The Zeffy interface is easy to use and delivers attractive materials for social media and email. We used it for event registration, peer-to-peer campaigns, and donations. If you’re skeptical about their business model, we can tell you there are no catches or loopholes on the financial side — they took zero percent of our fundraising income.

> **Cons**: Had some minor hiccups updating content: occasional time delays for updates appearing, trouble finding features. But it was overall easy to use and incredible value even with the minor issues.

It is easy to use, even for staff who aren't so familiar with web platforms, has saved us a non-insignificant amount of money on processing fees, and we are now able to add donation appeals to event registration, which has brought in revenue we would have otherwise missed out on. And all for free. I would highly recommend Zeffy for those trying to manage events and donations at a low (or no) cost.
