Order entry versus prior provider is miles above in ease of use. System has performed reliably with zero show stopping issues. Customer training and support is top notch as well.

Some of the on-screen reporting can render too small to be usable without a download or too many zoom-in / zoom-out moves. Could improve search functions within reporting on platform as well.

What I enjoy most about Perenso Trade Shows are how easy there team is to work and all the extra work they put into our show to ensure that is successful.

What I like least about the Perenso Trade Shows is speed of the ipads. Not sure if this is due to WiFi Bandwidth of the venues or just the devices themselves at times.

Ability to download the order; reports programming was excellent.

Order entry did not have a mass upload by UPC. My sales rep actually did the upload for me.

The system itself is great, fast & convenient, but also the support team and rapidity they respond to requests.

I currently do not have anything I do not like about the Perenso trade show system.

The ease and simplicity of placing orders, appts and viewing documents for the field team is a standout. The way the Perenso platform can adapt to our needs which can be quite intricate, is outstanding.

There may be a couple of minor faults within the admin system but nothing that impacts the daily use of the way our field team need to use it.

Reasonable cost comparing to other CRMs in the market, great value. Exceptional customer support! [sensitive content hidden] is our account manager, who is so very knowledgeable, professional, kind, always ready to help, providing training session, generating ideas, and so on. As administrator of CRM, I highly recommend Perenso. Also from the field teams feedback, users love it as well.

So far so good, just little things, nothing major, if the live report viewer can include some live dashboard function, or can build report freely, without analytic license, would be even better. The current report viewer is still great.

It was simple and intuitive. The system worked well on iPad tablets.

I did not have any particular “dislikes” about this system.

It is easy to use and you alway have the perenso team to help.

I like Perenso but sometimes it takes a while to load.

It sounds cheesy but the people at Perenso really make the experience what it is. The staff are helpful and responsive throughout the process.

I can't think of any cons with Perenso.

Perenso Trade Show was great while working a hardware show, for an agency like the one I work in, this makes the ordering process smooth, allowing us to order from multiple of our factories for a dealer without having to grab several sheets of paper from different locations in multiple show booths. This also allows for show numbers to be totaled at a faster pace giving you recaps instantly. Lastly, this allows for orders not to get lost or turned in, since they are all electronically keyed in.

This did not cause any issues that I noticed while using it.

Customer support during our set up stage have been nothing less than exemplary in their efforts to get us transitioned from our old system. Learning the features has made dealing with customer orders an easy task.

Some of the functionality is a little cumbersome such as selecting the date of next sales calls.

The staff is very friendly & knowledgable. They handle all customer requests in a professional & efficient manner.

Used the online show, order entry and order reporting for our customer's show and it worked very smoothly. Onsite customer support was also fantastic.

No cons but even additional reporting flexibility would be nice: selecting reporting by item(s). You can also get this i9nformation through pivot tables but I am not always great at that!

I could get directly to where I needed to. Super intuitive.
