Overall, we find ManageEngine OpManager MSP to be a great network management solution. The customizable dashboards and real-time alerts are is great , allowing for proactive issue resolution.
Some users do face challenges with performance, especially in larger environments. The mobile app may not provide the full range of features expected.
The documentation helpful for troubleshooting is great.

1) Multi-tenant support making support for multiple client under one umbrella
2)Automated alerts and monitoring benefits us to save cost.
3) Cost-Effective: Compared to some competitors, it often provides a good balance of features and affordability for organization
