Started with exciting problem solving and got more or less what we needed but eventually post agreement signing things were very slow and couple of days response in from business SPOC. Then multiple changes in pricing and agreed offering ruined the experience.

Our company has recently started using SparkTG and the experience has been good. The adoption took some time but the SparkTG team ensured that we don't face any major issues with product. I had some integration related requirements with our CRM and ticketing tool, which was feasible.
Pros
East to use and cost effective. The team is very supportive and I didn't face any major issues with the product so far.
Cons
The product is good. But the user interface can be a bit better. Also the integration options with other tools are available, but seems to be limited for the time being. No major concerns so far.
Reasons for Switching to SparkTG VCC
Pricing and ease of setup. Major features were required and important for us which are available in stock. Also other products had a credit based system which didn't suit our requirement.- Industry: Consumer Services

User interface is excellent. The dialer is great, fast, secure, stable, easy to use, efficient, and has excellent features.
Cons
Customisation of reports through user interface is not given here and an improvement is required in the agent and campaign and other management interfaces..

Cons
They have to add more features like SMS broadcasting, Whatsapp integration, etc.
