Microsoft Edge provides a seamless browsing experience with its sleek and modern design, greater privacy protections, and increased speed.

When compared to other browsers, Microsoft Edge's limited extension support is one feature that I found least appealing. Although it has become better over time, users who primarily rely on browser extensions for their workflow may find it disadvantageous as there are still fewer options accessible.

It comes by default with windows.
It is compatible with almost all web pages.

I like how updated it feels compared to other browsers I have used in the past.

I feel like the update had a few glitches when changing browsers but they were fixed easily.

I like the new feature of health check known as the browser essentials. Now, it is easy to know which of the tabs are consuming memory and turn it off if ideal. I also like the feature that auto turns ideal opened pages to sleep mode.

I also like it restore mode when you relaunch the browser after an unplanned shutdown of machine

The Co-Pilot button (top right corner). It allows me to ask for copywriting, ask tech support about anything I may need, ask to create code (I use a little bit of javascript) , ask to create pictures, etc.

nothing, it is a very competitive browser.

The UI is clean and well laid out. I seem to have less cookie related problems using Edge compared to other browsers.

I strongly dislike the sidebar on the right where you can do web searches etc. I use blocking software on my computer to restrict which websites I can visit (to improve productivity) but this software does not block whats viewed in the sidebar (but it does block whats viewed in the main window). As a result I no longer use Edge as my main browser. Ive looked for a way to disable the sidebar and the popup window that goes with it but I cant see an option to completely disable it!

Microsoft edge is a big improvement over the old internet explorer

Edge still doesnt seem to compare to other browsers such as firefox or chrome in terms of ease of use.

What i like the most is i can sleep the tabs to save power.
I can also sleep/unsleep specific tabs that i need, microsoft edge is also not very resource heavy unlike chrome.
I also like that I can group tabs together

the least thing i like about edge is that there is too much work just to erase a specific cookie or history

I like how I can use this for important daily activities. Its useful for me to access our daily goods in sheet (smartsheet)

It's quite slow to load at the beginning as the home page is full of ads

After the new redesign, it became very fast. I can easily have over 20 tabs opened at the same time, I can also group them in the tab bar. The best thing in a browser is also the possibility of re-opening tabs if there is a crash, and Edge is very good at recovering. Also, the new Copilot right bar is something I am using a lot.

Some tabs consume a lot of memory, so I had to upgrade RAM to 32GB overall in my PC. The Copilot bar must be updated, it is limited to 4000 chars and does not always access the full content, specially in pdf files opened in the browser.

I remember when Microsoft Edge would get a lot of grief and used to be the butt of the joke, but it's become my favorite browser at work. In my recent experience, Edge has been faster than Chrome and a lot easier to connect all of my daily apps together in one space. A lot of Edge's features are not only comparable to Chrome, but the features come off as more intuitive than Chrome at times. This is my go-to browser at work and will be for a long time!

I don't have any cons so far as Edge has been my favorite browser for work.

MS edge's interface is perfect. It's easy to use because of the perfect interface. Easy to manage browsing History too. Availability of incognito is great feature and it really helpful. Also Adding to important sites to favourits was easy and great

Nothing have to say any cons about this great browser

Having the chance to personalized my own browser is really a nice feature, thanks to Microsoft Edge for having a feature like that. Besides, it is very easy and simple to use.

It crashes often when the laptop or computer that you are using is not that updated.

I like being able to search for anything that I want privately and securely. This allows me to do so and it’s really helpful.

The search results can be a little confusing if I don’t remember how to spell the word that I’m looking for.

Tabs open just as I had closed them and bookmarks are easy to identify by their icons.

Because of one-time syncing with Chrome, tabs can show up in Edge that were not in their during the prior session.

It feels lighter and faster than Chrome. Also good to visualise pdf

To much publicity and automated announcements

The browser works well, and is chromium based.

I have no issues with the browser. It works well.

Workspaces. without a doubt this is the single best thing about Edge for my workflow. As a web developer, I have many pages open at the same time and trying to locate the page I want can be a nightmare. Workspaces makes this so much easier.

The integrated search engine, Bing. It's getting better, but there's a long way to catch up to Google, in terms of search results and their presentation on the page.

It is safe and trustworthy. It is consistent. It easy to use and reliable.

I like how quick it is to open up and I appreciate the new features that are added, like the AI tool. I appreciate how it is possible to open pdf files on the browser.

some websites don't work very well on Microsoft Edge so it makes me use another browser
