Very useful ticketing software for customers, no fees for them

Pros

Single page checkout, no vendor logo required on the page, endless customization for the client, ability to make the print-out tickets look however you want, etc.

Cons

Not a lot of cons, but the large amount of customizability might lead to a less easy experience for people looking for turnkey quick solutions

Pros

TIcketSauce is a robust platform with good support & customer service.

Cons

It's a little rigged in customization but they have thought of a lot of features and made them standard.

Have used this service multiple times and nary run into a problem. The user interface is friendly, and purchasing is made very easy. Usually, I scan my tickets at the events and have not run into any problems yet, however, I think my favorite feature is the print at home feature, because it provides a domain of extra security in ensuring I always have my tickets on hand. It should be noted however, that I once had an issue in regards to receiving my tickets, and customer service took ages to get back. But this was resolved in the fact that when they did my issue was solved instantly. Overall, would recommend.

Customer service is slightly lacking, could be worked on.

Best mobile friendly ticket option

Pros

The mobile friendly version of TicketSauces platform is great and very user friendly for customers.

Cons

Not great for reoccurring events. We ran into issues with flexibility with reoccurring events and the ease of use for our staff and customers.

I am a venue owner and we have nearly 200 shows yearly so having a ticketing platform that is reliable, offers ease of use and provides real-time data is critical to our business model. Eventbrite does and we’ve used their platform for over a decade. A TicketSauce sales person, convinced me to try their platform, promising robust functionality, a better system, payout and overall experience than what Eventbrite offers. Nothing could be further from the truth! The issues I experienced on TicketSauce's platform are too many to list. Additionally, the company’s mishandling of funds from the ticket sales of my events, a portion of which is still outstanding, leaves me wondering about their financial stability.

Pros

Ease of use for both us during set up and our customers during the purchasing process, seat selection, look of landing pages, ease of customization, reporting features, affiliate tracking, and most importantly their customer service is top notch.

Cons

On a rare occasion we had difficulty with the credit card purchases but it was quickly rectified.

Pros

Their API's! As the [sensitive content hidden] of Cymbal, we're integrating with ticketing products constantly. TicketSauce had the most straightforward and fully built API's we've seen yet. They already have the proper opt-in flags being passed through in the order endpoint so we could track email and SMS subscribers that come through their checkout flow which something that most other providers don't have.

Cons

I'd love to see a more streamlined checkout flow for second time ticket buyers. Its a lot of information to fill out.

I have wonderful experience with TicketSauce. I am able to email/call my account executive and m concerns/questions are addressed. I also appreciate that they work with the organization to tailor as much as they can to the needs of the museum.

Pros

What I like about the software is the ease of inputting the info, accessing any information I need, and it is user-friendly for the consumer.

Cons

As a museum, the check-in function is in the order of the purchase made and not in the order of the timed tours.

Pros

TicketSauce is the best, most customizable and data driven ticketing platform I have ever used (compared to EventBrite, Ticketmaster, AXS). Plus, the Customer Support team is second to none.

Cons

Platform is evolving for point-of-sale options onsite in addition to Box Office functions (ex. merchandise sales; F&B tickets; etc.). It's functional, and not a detractor from all the other great aspects, but will continue to improve.

The dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate despite being information dense. From a user's perspective, the checkout flow is super clean and quick.
