> **Pros**: The fact that it scanned our site for relevant content to populate the micro-experiences with but still allows us to edit that content. The one to one onboarding session was very useful to get Pathmonk set up and to be able to ask lots of questions.

> **Cons**: I'd like to see more flexibility and control in the design of the micro-experiences so that they don't look as obviously like a third-party add on. Some of the setup wasn't the most intuitive but with a full onboarding session it didn't really matter.
