We have been working with Damage ID for years. They have a great product and are very responsive...

We have been working with Damage ID for years. They have a great product and are very responsive to suggestions and support issues. They are constantly working to make improvements to the product based on experience and client requests. We have had opportunities to switch to other platforms, but at the end of the day, because Damage ID is so eager to provide an amazing product, there is no reason to leave. Everyone at Damage ID is so personally invested in making this the best platform, both on a user level and a personal level, it feels like family.

Pros

Damage ID is very easy to use and has a user friendly interface, both on mobile and web versions. Customizable templates, easily searchable inspections, multiple user access make it a great option for agencies of all size. AMAZING support and development teams are very responsive to requests and provide real time communication to users. They are constantly working to integrate with other systems to ensure a well rounded experience for clients. The A-team and [sensitive content hidden] are the best!

Cons

Any complaints I would have had, were already addressed to, and corrected by, the team. They are super accepting of suggestions and constantly working to make sure Damage ID has options for customers and the tools they need.

The free trial let me see if it took care of our current needs and it seems that it will.

Pros

It is simple to use and is a great tool at a good price point to show new damage to our fleet and control damage issues with drivers of the DSP. We will be going active with this software as of 10/1/24.

Cons

it seems based for rental companies and not the ideal setup for DSPs but will still fulfill our needs

Pros

What I liked most about DamageID is the focus of the app. It is, in my opinion, the single most effective and affordable app for us DSPs to record the physical condition of our delivery vans every day.

Cons

The app can be buggy and slow, this happens from time to time.

The user experience is good and meets our needs, but it might be beneficial to have an advanced AI system for image capturing within the app, where the system could automatically detect errors and damages on the vehicle.

I liked the simplicity and ease of use. The app allows for quick and efficient documentation of vehicle conditions, which saves time and ensures accuracy.

Cons

We didn’t have any major issues with using it, but if I had to choose, I might design the website a bit more nicely.

If you are on the fence about incorporating this system for your business, don't wait any longer. You will have no regrets.

Pros

Pros: The DAMAGE iD software has helped us better manage out fleet better. The pictures and video help alot when we have to send it in for insurance claims. Everything is dated and time stamped, and after taking the pictures you can sign it.

Cons

Cons: I have yet to find any cons about DAMAGE iD.

Pros

I like all the tools available, the inspection formats and being able to customize your own. Also having the case list, being able to send inspection requests to customers, and pulling damage reports. DamageID has been a very valuable asset!

Very efficient. No arguments with customers

Cons

I use the I phone. I would prefer the original version where I had to pick the next picture instead of the auto rotation. We ORKIN in a very tight space with large trucks so many times I have to take the pictures in a different order. If the option would be available that would be nice. Otherwise I can live with it the way it is.
