One of the best App for School Management!

Pros
Indeed, it's an app - all in one that makes school administration very easy and the communication with parents amazing. What I like the most is the Billing and Payment Module, it makes soo easy to calculate, issue, and invoice and to keep track of all payments and debts. Of course, I would love to mention the Technical Supporting Team - always, but always ready to help and to come up with a solution. Students database and teachers is well structured.
Cons
I would love to have a check-in/out for Teachers. For the time we have been using this app, I found this feature that is what's missing. Also, add more details for the teachers, such as birthdays so we will have them on the newsfeed as events and other minor changes.

Pros
You have all in one place. One mustn't run after papers, you have everything inside the software. It makes it easy for parents and teachers in real time information about the child. And one can have the management in a single software. You can pay the school fee, hand out a survey, comunicate with teachers and parents, post documents, have automatic statistics. A wonderful software.
Cons
You can't send multiple files.You can't access links if you send them in live chat. One must copy the link to a browser. You can't make online documents to work with others within the software.

Two years of Kinderpedia

Once you get used with all the functionalities (approximately 2 or 3 months) of the platform, everything is flawless. It takes a massive time to populate the system with all the data, BUT, after that, all the necessary information is at one click distance.
Pros
Messaging sistem.The way how the families are managed (comprehensive details about everything).Easy to use the billing process. Very intuitive process of child registration, tarif management and following process of payments.
Cons
Institution management - improving the data/ information displayed related to the staff (date of entrance in the institution, teacher progress, class movements, etc).Billing&payments - lack of functionality related to automatic notifications to the management regarding the expiring period of the contract, expiring the tarif plan allocated to the child.Billing&payments - necessity in implementing a filter into the "Contracts reports", that can filter the active contracts by companies (there are situations in witch the current activity is separated onto 2 or more companies).

The notebook that is online, and that the parents can see the marks, and the absence of their child.
Cons
in the chat (teachers portal), It’s a bit difficult to refer to a massage, which was posted before others reply and change of subject. If one could do it linke in what’s app chat, to give a reply to a certain entrance in chat.

Very useful software for schools

Kinderpedia is extremely useful for school management and also class management. It is compact, it has everything you need so no other softwares are needed.
Pros
The software is very modern, useful, great for mobile. It has lots of features, it looks very friendly and both parents and teachers love it.
Cons
There is really nothing that i don't like. It would be fantastic to add some HR features. And maybe other cost plans, specially for schools with a high number of students.

Teacher's life made easier

Overall, the experience is positive. I didn't explore in detail all the features, but, anyways, it solved some of the problems that I had.
Pros
I like that I have all the main information in a compact format.We save the forests by using the digital gradebook.I like that the communication between family and school can be made in a professional way, not on social media or personal phone numbers.
Cons
Sometimes, I work late and I cannot add grades in the gradebook, because of the notifications on parent's devices.. 🙈I didn't find an option to start a live chat with a small group, without creating the group before..

The perfect Software for any Educational Institution

It helps a lot with keeping in touch with our clients, and we have a great overview of our organisation.
Pros
It is a very helpful Software and Kinderpedia App is very easy to use for Management, Teachers and Parents.
Cons
It is such an amazing Software, that it's a shame it doesn't have its own integrated video-call program. It would be amazing if we could make the video conferences directly through the App, and not via Zoom or other provider (so we don't have to log in or make an account just to use this feature).

Kinderpedia for Educational Center Management

For us Kinderpedia helped to manage our clients in a more modern and pleasant manner than the Excell tables. It's easier to update, easier to avoid mistakes and it looks good to the clients too. The chat with customer care reps is a great tool to easily solve any problems or know how issues.There are features that we are not using enough or at all still, but we see good potential in the platform helping our project.
Pros
What our team likes most is the easy to use, intuitive interface and the very helpful and prompt customer service. The payment plans for each customer are a great tool as well.
Cons
The financial reports need more work after they are issued from the platform, to be used in our accounting department. The are some improvements necessary.

We met a wonderful supporting team. The training was done thoroughly during summer holiday. We enjoy the full functionality of the software.
Pros
This software makes our professional life much easier. We love to get quick reports about children, teachers, financial matters and so on. The Gradebook and posibility to communicate with parents on one single platform makes this software so much valuable.
Cons
We often share ideas about features which could be improved on the platform. Many times they record our request, but seldom we see the actual improvement. Sure they improve other aspects, but they do not prioritise our specific needs to be improved.

Intuitive and easy to use

It brings great value for our school because we use only one app for all our needs. The customer support is the best!
Pros
It's easy to use and intuitive, and we have all we need in one place for what we need. It has an invoice and payment module, menu planner, and chat, child development module, medical records don't have to use other apps for something else.
Cons
The Quick Messages module may be improved. If you want to search in sent messages history, you have to go through all messages to find the one you want to see. You can select the sender, but it doen't help much. It would be helpful to introduce a keywords search like in the inbox messages.

Kinderpedia facilitated communication with parents by providing them with daily feedback in an organized way and helped me manage some work points remotely, knowing what activities are being done, how many children are present, etc.

We solved the communication with the parents. We like that we have information, photos in one place.
Pros
We first implemented Kinderpedia in the kindergarten. Parents were very satisfied that they could see all the information about their kids: breakfast, nap, snack also description of their daily activities and lots of pictures. Also we like that we can easily communicate with the parents.Then we implemented in the school. Here we have also a great feedback on behalf of the parents. Kinderpedia is a very useful tool.

Great help for teachers

Kinderpedia is like a teacher assistant. Every time I look for something about a child(allergies, date of birth, name of the parents, check out/check in hour) I find it really easy, it’s just a click away. I also like the fact that you can have access to the school’s daily menu and have video conferences. I highly recommend this app to other schools

I love the fact that it is easy to use and helps me keep track of what a student is doing, how he develops in a period of time. I find it easy to communicate with parents and give weekly or daily feedback.
Cons
The only thing that I would improve - maybe letting teachers upload more than 30 pics per post.

Life is easier with you, thank you!
Pros
Paper work is much less. I very much like the marking system: it is no longer on paper, parents can see the marks immediately. Also, absentees can be marked in one click.Communication with parents is done in a professional manner. Teacher's lesson preparation is much easier. I am typing the full lesson plan in the timetable section. During the lesson I find all the preparation in one place: steps of the lesson, links, attachments, PPT, pictures, whatever I need to present the learners during each lesson in the timetable.
Cons
Live chat needs some improvements in structure. It takes quite some time to search and find a specific discussion/ link. Also, often 2-3 separate discussions overlap, and it creates a mixture of conversations.

Eased my life

Much easier way of communicating with parents, of posting photos, We have not yet used the Montessori reports, but we will, as they have been very much looked forward for.
Pros
I like the most that it freed a lot of my time that I could then use for other activities, more relevant ones for the role I am in.
Cons
I would like to have the possibility to upload more than one menu per week, for the children with special menus that we have enrolled. The integration was very easy.

A good kindergarten management toll

Pros
I like most the fact that I can easily configure tuition plans, the invoices are generated automatically and I can track the payments and deposits. It gives me a chance to have a financial situation overview and also it generates monthly reports of different activities. Kinderpedia made things more efficient for me.
Cons
It still has many bugs, the updates are done during working hours and they usually create errors that impede essential communication on the platform.

I like that I can have attendance, communication and financial aspects in the same app.
Cons
The videos upload is quite slow, it could be faster. My teachers avoid uploading videos because of this.

Very useful app for DayCare

It is a user friendly app, teachers can easily use it, parents love it and stay connected and as a manager I can use it as an ERP for my daycare.
Pros
I like that we can add information and parents sees it in real time. In this way they are connect with the child all day.

On the admin user on the mobile app you can`t access some things (payments dashboard for example).

1. In live chat it's not automatically upper case2. In live chat you can not attach more than 1 document at a time3. You don't have the possibility to work online as a team (Office online)

Pros
It is easy to use. Keeps me in touch with the parents. I have the grade book always with me. Helps me keep the school photos organized and visible also for the parents. Shortly: makes my life much more easier!
Cons
That one can not create editable documents…

Pros
The product is easy to use by teachers and parents. I appreciate short time to solve our requests by their technical team.
