Ease of use, user friendly all aspects are centerally located

We have not had any dislikes yet. One thing noticed is it does not intergraye qith quickbooks desktop at this time but that was not a turn away for us.

There really isnt much good i cam say about it

I foundvit to be not very user friendly and like quickbooks more!

The usability of the software. The overall experience is unlike any other software I've ever used. I'll never use any other.

The lengthy profile setup. Once you complete that though it's totally worth it.

The constant innovation, the several options it has for invoicing, estimating, it is extremely customizable. [sensitive content hidden] are passionate about it, dedicate a very good effort to develop this software and to keep developing even further the capabilities of the program.

there is not much I could say about what I like the least. The only thing I wish they had is an inventory database or management. But, I heard they are working on it.

Nothing, I believe that they've covered all areas and aspects I'm sure the little glitches they might have I'm sure the work with it

The app is very user friendly and the guided videos on your home page are very helpful. Its a great all in one app from getting leads for your business to accepting payments from customers, creating invoices, and managing inventory. If you own a bussiness this is what you need to EASILY run it.

The only thing that i dislike is that i didnt find Contractor+ earlier.

The easy and swift setup and all that they offer for general contractors.

Nothing. Everything I need is provided on the platform.

The ease of use, after spending a littler bit of time and getting some guidence from [sensitive content hidden], my most AWESOME, customer service and App product helper, it's really quite easy to provide a professional scope with photos to be submitted. I'm actually very excited to have discovered this program at the official launch on my business. I honestly feel like Contractor+ will be a great asset in my business and is there to go nationally when the opportunity comes up.

I haven't really dove into the entire resources that Contractor+ has to offer but will do in time. For now, I'm least impressed with the free website design, it is free so there's that, and I've had a bit of trouble getting it to synch with Company Cam, most likely my user error, [sensitive content hidden] is on top of it and hooking me up with [sensitive content hidden], another great asset to the company.

Price and is a little slow, not response fast.

Covers sales AND field service. Most software solutions do one or the other

The software is easy to use. I did wish there was a few more features for prospecting. I may have just not found where to build it yet. Still setting it up.

Covers everything from basic contractor needs to advanced contractor needs.

Its a little difficult to navigate closing a ticket. Too many steps.

The fact that when i am doing estimates i can look up materials on the estimate and it provides live pricing.

I am finding bugs and issues between the app and the website versions. My employee had a heck of a time with the app and we are still having issues. But i think once all the bugs are worked out it will be a great software.

The team at contractor+ is very on top of things and ready to help with whatever you may need.

There has been a few things that have been buggy about getting my account set up, but the team has been great about helping.

It's user friendly and very professional business tool to have.

The fact that I can easily prepare contract and invoices is a game changer for my Business. I also enjoy the easy to understand software.

Getting access to a few of the features not included in the Pro Plan. I can't say that I really have issue with this because the software makes up for it in other areas.

I chose this app over other for the more robust features, particularly the ability to breakdown an estimate by area and task, as well as to included materials within a line item. Another popular app I previously used made this seemingly crucial function far less intuitive.

The only thing I can even think of is that that I wish it would integrate with Home Depot in some kind of super slick way -- like if it automatically read purchases from a job name.

Contractor+ is a great platform for any size business!

I have no dislikes about contractor+. It seems to be the best “all in one” platform.
