Manage your patients with Orthotrac!

Pros

There are a lot of features that adapt well to our orthodontic practice. The schedule is easy to read and understand by using color coding by procedure, doctor, or patient status.

Cons

Some of the features come with additional charges. There are glitches, and support is hit or miss with response time.

I loved the Reports, and it was user friendly

Unable to work when internet went down, and we wanted to upgrade to Cloud based software

Pros

Fairly easy to use. Easy to make changes when needed.

Cons

It was out dated and lacked a modern feel. Features like, texting, emailing and interoffice communication were lacking

Pros

Very user friendly software, auto payments feature is great & schedule is easy to work with.

Cons

If something goes wrong the response from support is hit or miss & usually has to escalated.
