Everything about it is to love they dont make a lot of mistakes to make u not like it

It has all of the features I need for my practice - video, EHR, payment, upcoming AI capability, editable forms

I probably needed someone to show me around for a bit. I started using it but then ran into a glitch when it charged my client a fee for using her card. I didn't realize at the time I could turn that off. I would also like to see an easy way to transition client, maybe help with messaging to clients on what to expect.

I honestly have no cons regarding Carepatron. The software is great.

Amazing platform to carry out what you need done in a precise timely and accurate time frame.

Everything about the platform is amazing I would not change anything. Dont try fixing something that is not broken.

Ease of use and the diverse features within the platform

Sometimes it is slow to respond , and some glitches happened .. but this is not common

The interface is amazing. I've tried several systems before deciding on Carepatron, and I must say that it is the most user-friendly portal. It is very intuitive where everything is, and the automations are easy to set up as well. The Carepatron telehealth system is also easy to navigate and I don't have to spend extra bucks on purchasing Zoom pro. Carepatron also has an app, which is an added advantage.

Cost wise, it is very competitive for what it offers. I would say that it is very worth it!

The customer service responds during a different time zone from which I am working. However, during the time zone overlaps, the response is quick, and the customer service reps are very helpful! There might still be some adjustments here and there that they are working on, e.g. the ability to edit the automated SMS and email reminders, but they provide assurance that they are continuously working on enhancements.

Everything. Fully HIPPA compliant video and client record CRM FOR FREE!!! If you need to upgrade it’s very cheap. Support is fantastic; always pushing out new features, listening to customers feedback. Video is stable. Scheduling is easy for the host or the clients. Easy to integrate zoom, google, and Microsoft. Has templates to use for many uses. Easy to use Stripe for billing

Nothing it’s all been a dream. Constant updates fix any bugs that pop up quickly

I love the unfussy appearance and ease of use. Everything is there, but uncluttered. It has the feel of minimalism but with capabilities good for any individual or group practice.

Lack of connection to Insurance clearinghouse... we need that for at least some of our team members.

Carepatron is an easy to use, all inclusive platform for client and staff appointment management, and I have tested a few. For what is available, at little to no cost provides a great starting platform for the newer and smaller organisations to get a start.

My only challenge is not being able to 'see' an email sent history anywhere. However, this is changing, and gmail can be synched. I don't use gmail for business purposes.

The care patron platform is very easy for both clients and clinicians to use.

It could be less expensive as well as at times the connection seems to drop or there is a delay in service

Carepatron has many resources that make work much easier to carry out processes, it adapts to the specific needs required to speed up the workflow and allow for more effective and productive performance among the entire work team.

everything is simple and well done, there is nothing I have to regret about using this platform

I really find carepatron easy to set up, easy to customize to my needs and the help team are extremely helpful and accommodating. Any suggestions to improve things have been taken seriously and I really feel valued as a customer.

I do not have any real dislikes about Carepatron at this time.

Able to safely store information in one place and easily locate it in relation to client and session.

Additional features are not explained well or are not easily accessible. It runs slow a lot of the time, also meaning templates are difficult to load so I have not accessed them.

It was easy to set up and appears to be quite cost effective.

1. Inability to have first and surname on the booking. Made the calendar very confusing and had to keep checking which client it was.
2. Inability to colour code appointments to see at a glance what contract they were through, whether it was a first appointment or a last appointment.

Highly functional, great UI, waste if use, customizability, price
