Pros
Goxee is easy to use and very intuitive. As the Marketing Manager, I can easily one click send texts or calls to customers to remind them of a vehicle they were interested in, I can directly call or text them from my Goxee portal and so much more. The possibilities are endless. I've been using Craig's List integration as well and everything is easily taken care of. If I have any issues, I call my representative and it's taken care the same day.
Cons
My lack of time to really learn all the new features. Although it's not necessary since I can always call my representative for a quick breakdown, they have a lot of content and info built into the platform to view.

The quality of the pictures of the vehicles and the way it sends multiple vehicles into one add set. Really easy to use software also.

It does a lot of stuff that I personally don’t use and it lacks a few things that I would really like to see included.

the support team is amazing. Goxee listens to its' customers requests and implements solutions asap. Easy to use software with lots of professional options.

there are no cons, however there is always room for improvement, and it shows that Goxee works on that task daily.

- I like that Goxee can be so easily be integrated with facebook, autotrader and sites like that.
- Good to have all lead and communications through one CRM system

They are always right there when you need them and go way above and beyond!! The stand outs for me are
[SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT], [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] I can't say enough good about this team is and I total recommend anyone that is considering them to hire them!!

I like the ability to send my inventory to all the places it needs to go with custom water marks and phone numbers for each 3rd party vendor.

I have to say, the Goxee staff are by fare THE BEST I have come across in a VERY long time. I have primarily worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she definitely deserves a promotion! She has mastered the ability to quickly and efficiently get things done and her communication is superb! She is definitely a HUGE asset to the company. Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! I also worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and she also is super fast and excellent with her communications about the process and getting things done in a more that timely fashion. Both of these ladies have a #1 rating from me! Prior to meeting them, I worked with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. I have to say, that they too are excellent at what they do and a valuable asset to this company. I wish I could hire all 4 of these staff members to work for us. Goxee, you have quite the staff. Your future is limitless with employees like those mentioned.

The software is super easy to use and the format is easy on the eye. The website options are awesome. We are SO happy to have our inventory displayed on one page. This gives potential buyers a look at everything we offer right off the bat which increases our opportunity to do business.
Cons
I have only noticed a few minor things that I would change. 1. Their standard credit application doesn't provide all of the information needed to submit a loan. I believe that this is something that they are actually working on possibly editing. 2. The CRM doesn't offer templates for the sales team to utilize when replying to leads. I believe that this is something that they are actually working on possibly adding.

We realized that advertising to different marketing channels like cars.com, autotrader, cargurus and craigslist - we had no idea how many leads we were getting from where - now we know exactly what's working and what is not. Most definitely better than the other three companies we used in the past.
Pros
Very user friendly so our entire staff was able to quickly pick it up and put it to work. The recent CRM Pro they launched is just what we needed. Use the software every day and still get excited when they launch something new. Our recent FB marketing with Goxee has been a game changer for our dealership. The support team is on point, every time! Thanks!
Cons
Really no notable cons. Only minor issue we ever ran into was getting all our users on-boarded and have their emails in the Goxee suite but later realized it was an issue from a previous provider.

I am beyond thrilled with our relationship with the Goxee team. Nick has never once let me go any length of time without getting back to me and he is very patient and understanding to all of our needs. Having he ability to just pick up the phone and call him for anything has been such a blessing.

It's really all we need as an all in one dealership software. It has a lot of advanced features that we are just starting to use now.
Pros
The Inventory Manager is one of my favorite parts of the software. It makes it very easy to see the information I need, which cars are doing well, if there is any information I am missing on a specific vehicle, I can even keep track of how many leads I'm getting on a specific car. That always comes in handy since I know what car to market the most to get the most out of it. I feel it helps sell cars faster the way my inventory sends everywhere to the software.

Haven’t really found any problems with the software. There are always updates which is cool.

What I was most surprised by was the involvement of the staff. I was first introduced to rep and she helped me set up everything with ease. The software is really easy to use so I was handling it all by myself within two days. Their support reaches out to us often with ideas on what can be made better, we did not expect this but absolutely love it!

The campaigns are easy to setup and easy to start/pause. We can dial into our exact daily budget by market area and assign what vehicle categories to post.

Pros
I particularly like the vehicle description creation aspects of the software, and the inventory management system has a very intuitive interface. We only use the Craigslist Poster part of the software suite, but I've been very happy with it thus far and highly recommend these guys.
Cons
There is one feature such as Craigslist post deletion (can't delete posted ads on our own) that they are still working to resolve, but our Dealer Success Manager is willing to handle this process for us when necessary so realistically that's one less thing for me to deal with.
