According to our policy and as expressed in our manual, Orders can be canceled by the user by clicking the “Abort” button, which is available only until the day before the estimated collection date, so we avoid carriers receiving cancelation after preparing the orders. After that, the support team of Easy4Pro will always be available to cancel it for you and advise the carrier.
