Pros
This is an intuitive CRM. Easy to navigate and use. I found I was able to set up what I needed in a relatively short space of time.
Cons
Occasionally when logging on there is a lag in loading. Once logged-in everything works efficiently and speedily.

Chatabox is one of the best CRM options

It is a great CRM software that has helped us managing our leads and current client.
Pros
This is the most cost-effective option. It has a beautifully designed UX and reasonably straightforward software, making it incredibly easy for new staff to master it quickly. Tons of customization to satisfy the demands of most smaller to mid-sized enterprises. It certainly does assist us in monitoring our prospects to continue to advance them through to the sales funnel, converting them into customers. Then it helps us handle such connections successfully.
Cons
I discovered that it needs improvement by monitoring leads as they go from one conversation to the next before making a sale. We're attempting to find out the best approach to monitoring such information, and I think something should be introduced to aid that.

Great CRM that packs a punch!

A simple, clean interface that is usable out of the box with minimum effort required to configure. Saves time and is excellent value for money.
Pros
Useable out of the box – minimal configuration required plus related Compliance, Payments, and Reporting tools - one source of data truth and no coding required.
Cons
It would be great if you could schedule re-occurring tasks.

Fantastic Product with extensive features

I find Chatabox to be a great product
Pros
Its extensive features and simple layout, coupled with its value for money, makes it one of the pre-eminent CRM providers.
Cons
The invoice template could have slightly more company information, such as the ABN details.

An effective and efficient tool

Pros
Easy to grasp the basic concepts of how to use this platform if someone has no experience with it. A platform perfect for big or small businesses as it allows for a lot of customization.
Cons
Well there is nothing much to dislike about Chatabox as it is a complete enterprise solution for our daily/weekly use.
