We implemented the system in two weeks. Our timesheets used to be scribbled on the back of a napkin with many mistakes. Now payroll is entered mistake free and has saved hours in the office now that we don't have to try and decipher what was written.

Heavyjob has wonderful support, that is not only available on the fly, but can provide the proper answer on the fly. Support is wonderful, but if the support isn't knowledgable, it defeats the availability.
Comment on scheduling. I would like to see a more robust scheduling software to communicate with productions and work done that can communicate with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. This is a very critical field of work to forecast works, look at job completion, and help mitigate delays and lost time.

We enter over 9000 hours a week through HeavyJob and it has really streamlined our time entry on the job sites. The interface with our ERP is solid and the support is second to none.

I have worked with the software for approximately 1 1/2 years. As we are a smaller firm with a specialized field of construction, in my opinion, we are only utilizing a small portion of the available features as this serves our needs. I would imagine that an estimator from a larger firm who is more involved with general contractor and large estimating teams would have a more substantial grasp of the true capabilities than myself.

We use it to track out time, document change orders and Rework. I keeps the cost codes clean and accurate.

It is very important to set up this software correctly at the beginning. Changing anything later down the road is very difficult, time consuming and can alter other things throughout the program. Make sure to train those who use it daily as you can do so much using this software!

All the timesaving features make it a pleasure to use. Numerous reorting capabilities.

HeavyJob is by far one of the best project management programs that I have used to date. Not only was it easy for me to learn how to use, it was easy for our field personnel to learn how to use. The software provides a tremendous amount of information that helps me understand whether or not our project is staying on track. HCSS's customer service is top notch as well!

Easily fill out time cards, material delivery, calculate daily unit costs or total daily costs, predict future costs. The software allows you to take photos right on your tablet and include them with the daily documentation along with actual weather conditions based on your current location. This is a great piece of software if you are looking for one place to have your field supervision record your jobs a day to day operations.

We implemented by ourselves 9 years ago but did not use any direct HJ to payroll download. Last year HCSS assisted in a full implementation including a DIS box. This has and will continue to change our company because of the abuility to know what your to date costs are on your construction activities. I would recomend using HCSS for implementation with this product due to the complexities of connecting to another system.

HCSS always has fantastic assistance anytime you need help. I enjoy utilizing the different aspects of payroll reporting, especially for editing time. I have not used the mobile time yet, but I am very excited to. I look forward to the functions that allow you to prevent time cards from being submitted without certain criteria met.

Heavyjob is an excellent program to pair with heavybid. The two of them together are very strong tools to have. Heavyjob allows foreman and in the field users to import time sheets and quantities so much quicker than with paper. Highly recommended if looking to be a competitor in the industry.

This is a great user friendly real time information tool that gives the field and management real time information to make sure you are productive and produce results.

I don't use Heavy Job every day which may cast a shadow on this review. Compared to Heavy Bid it's a it cumbersome but it's good overall as a logbook on jobs.

Good use for tracking materials and installed quantities. Reports back to heavy bid for us to be more copetitive on bids. Cuts payroll down in half.

It is great to have a Program where my job cost are up to date on the jobsite vs. waiting for information to be inputted to Accounting.

Heavy job is extremely helpful in understanding what labor costs are projected for a project based on production rates. Very helpful

This product has allowed me to advance within my company since it allowed me to accomplish tasks that used to take days in hours.

I enjoy learning this software. There are always new features making the product fit the needs of many. Love this product
