It is very easy to configure. Their support is really helpful whenever you need help.From all of their features, i like the option of backup scheduling most because it's convenient and time saving.It's also not very complicated to restore the backup.

There is not much to complaint about, i use it to backup my data and it do really a great work in that. All i have to complaint that sometimes it crashes which is very frustrating.

It is very easy to configure back up with well detailed documentation. There are may options and feature that solve our requirements for the back up purpose. Dashboard has a friendly view to check and track backup status. Alert is also easy to configure with email and sms.

Time to finish backup needs to be improved. Sometimes, the software is delayed to start. Also, support takes time to respond.
