My overall experience with Google keep is okay, it just lacked organization features.
Pros
What I liked the most was that it links with Google accounts so it can automatically save your notes to Google. I also like the way you can customize notes by changing the notes color and you can even customize the background on the note.
Cons
What I didn't like was how very basic it is. I like to organize notes I take into folders, with Google keep all you can really do is label your notes, they all stay on the main screen, which in my opinion looks messy.

It is a very nice Google feature. I find it very attractive to keep short notes/ tasks handy (either on my web browser or my mobile phone). It's a nice tool for corporate scenarios, but also for more basic/ home-based ones such as shopping list/ etc.
Pros
Awesome when it comes to keeping easy track of notes/ tasks. It's just very simple to have a specific tab in the browser for G-Keep and go there anytime to add notes. The different Tags are also great for organizing the note types. Very convenient as well to assign tasks/ notes to people and/ or collaborate.
The synced mobile app is also very nice and easy to utilize (btw, great voice-recognition feature for on-the-go voice-based notes creation).
Cons
Not very convenient if you need to document large stuff/ extensive notes.

Cons

I love using Google Keep. Especially since I use Google as a platform for my everyday work. It makes transferring data across platforms so easy. Especially with Google Keep. All my documents in one place with easy access is game changing for the work environment. Strongly recommend Google Keep!
Pros
So easy to use this app. The transfer of data between other Google softwares is what really makes this software worth using. Lots of great templates and tools that can be utilized to your advantage. The price is hard to beat as well. Using it with Gmail is so easy and efficient as well.
Cons
There is a little bit of a formatting limitation in some aspects, but nothing that would make it "not worth" using, so to speak. There is also no offline access, but that's not a dealbreaker.

A comprehensive note and tasks keeping app easy to use. Being a cloud based app I know even if I lost my device all the data is safe and easy to access.
Pros
The feature I like the most is the labeling, is easy to organize tasks and notes with labels and share them with specific colleagues. Google Keep is easy to use and access from web or mobile apps as well, synchronization between the devices and collaborators is almost instant witch is a big thing when it comes to teams. For both tasks and checklist you can add reminders witch is a great thing from my point of view.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to import and export.

Google Keep is useful in so many capacities, but I enjoy using it in my classroom as a simple, shared way to make to-do lists and keep track of assignments/responsibilities. It helps me and my students stay organized and on top of all our responsibilities and resources.
Pros
Google Keep, like most Google products, is focused on accessibility and simplicity. Google Keep is clean, organized, and easy to use. With just a few simple clicks, a variety of "notes" can be taken. Keep functions very well as a simple notepad, but creating checklists, organizing notes, adding media, and customizing notes are all extremely simple and easy as well. Add in the ability to collaborate, share, and tag other users in notes and this makes for a really impressive tool.
Cons
The struggle with Google Keep is that if it is heavily used, the home screen or dashboard gets pretty cramped and messy. Notes can be rearranged, sorted, and filtered, but that doesn't change the fact that the dashboard can look and feel like an overcrowded bulletin board with messy sticky notes all over it.

I couldn't go a single day without using google keep both in my business and in my private life. It makes it much easier for me to take notes and organize my ideas. On my mobile I usually use it in its transcribed audio notes function to later develop the ideas that occur to me anywhere. Is fantastic!
Pros
I think the most useful feature for me is taking audio notes from my mobile. Also the organization of all the notes by projects and colors makes it very visual.
Cons

Pros
I've been using google keep for a year, but since I've been using it, it has totally changed my work and my life. first of all I use it to store my personal passwords, both for social networks and for cards and banks. I also keep my lists, whether they are shopping lists or tasks I have to complete at work, and I love the possibility of being able to set reminders to remember what I forget to do during the day! plus the colorful interface puts you in a good mood!
Cons
I would like the possibility of being able to set biometric passwords for certain notes, in order to further protect them.

Organized. Easy to use. All your notes can be written and combined into lists, and it can be used in blogging and business management. I also used it to write down my notes and replaced it with paper notes.. Easy and simple application that can be used without the Internet
Cons
It's really hard to give this thing a tip because the name says it all, Google indicates that it's designed for note-taking, and it does it perfectly. No matter where you take your notes, you can access them from anywhere if you connect to your Google account. I use Google Keep for personal and family organisation and for professional purposes. Each field has its own colour to avoid confusion.
Professionally, I have notes for each course and program and even notes about individual students and their progress. I can choose to share these notes with relevant colleagues or keep them to myself.
Periodically, I read through the notes, delete what is no longer relevant and choose to save some notes as Google Docs.
Pros
I love the simplicity of Google Keep and its synchronisation between all devices. Taking notes and making checklists is quick and easy. Finding previous notes takes seconds. Learning to use the functions is intuitive and similar to other Google tools.
I also value the visuality of the tool. incorporating images in the notes is useful.
Cons
The To-Do list function is simplistic. I would love to see integration with another Google tool - ToDoist.
I would also like to see an automatic date stamp on each note and when it was last updated. You could then choose to organise information by date.
