The scheduler and level of detail able to be added to ShiftCare for both clients and staff is fantastic. Love the price book too!
Cons
When using on a volume scale, it becomes costly quickly. I'd also love to see a chat function integrated dow the track, to allow staff to communicate in team chats about clients etc.

App needs a lot more functionality, you can't do much in it at all. Customer service often haven't been able to find solutions to my problems as much as they try and help and are lovely.

Pros
Very efficient customer chat support, easy to understand features, quick way to see uploaded documents (no need to download a file to view), reminder feature, etc.
We also like that we are able to manage who sees what documents.
Cons
The new forms feature could use some improvements. For instance, we sent out a staff survey and the responses did not come with a summary of all responses which could have been useful to see the most voted responses, and not have to go through each response. Also, for questions with multiple possible choices, the record comes up with no response selected. These were already reported to chat support.
It would be great to be able to use keywords when searching for particular messages in the Communication tool especially when we would like to review past messages.
Also, for documents, it would be great to be able to have another category like "N/A" and "Pending" aside from "Not Specified". For instance, in Compliance, we added "Visa Documentation", where we upload copies of staff's visa copies. However, not all visa holders have sent in visa copies and other staff are Australian citizens so no visa required, however, for both kinds of staff, their Visa Documentation indicates "not specified". It would be great if we could tick "N/A" for staff who are Australians and "Pending" for visa holders.
Lastly, it would be great for office staff to not have to share an account to save on costs.

Pros
Easy use for staff. Staff can start and end their shift, put in any case notes and kms etc and it sends straight to accounts for payroll and billing.
Cons
Nothing to dislike about shift care, just wish my company found this app earlier!!

The seamless integration with Xero. It saves a lot of time for our admin staff. It is easy to book Support workers for their shifts and keeping track of where everybody is during the day.
Cons
I find it difficult to return to a previous page. Always end up having to navigate through the pages again.

Shiftcare has helped take my small sole trader business and turn it into a medium sized company. It’s easy to use format helps keep me, my team, and our participants / participant representatives organized.
Cons
I wouldn’t recommend for larger businesses. There are certain features lacking from the software, but nothing that interferes with what it’s meant to do. The additional features would just help streamline certain thingsFor example, notifications and email reminders around expiring documentation.Being able to have individual shift specific messages pop up for support team.

Overall I am very satisfied with ShiftCare. You won't find a single system out there that won't incur feedback with personal preferences and I think overall, ShiftCre has nailed it.Notes and communication is should be easily recorded and separated, for example keep shift notes, incidents and case notes separate.
Pros
Incredibly simple to use, it syncs with accounting systems so well. It has been very easy to use and navigate and very minimal training required to use it. The app is very easy to use also, I love the constant support and information provided by ShiftCare and very rarely are there technical issues if any at all.Some systems over complicate things with their set outs and when there are too many options and functions it makes it overwhelming and that's why I love the simplicity of ShiftCare.I also find the colours great, I can be sensitive to certain colours being too bright or when there are too many colours it can also be overwhelming and I think ShiftCare has found the perfect balance.I love that ShiftCare simplifies everything and does a lot of the work for you. The reporting system is incredibly simple and easy to use as well.
Cons
I love how you can add things to the system like forms ect to work with your in-house documents. It would be great if there was a bulk upload for documents to save time.The schedule when opened should reflect the current week to avoid rostering errors.I also feel that shift care is slightly too expensive for app only users as well.

Shiftcare is easy to use for our carers and is very intuitive.
Cons
There are still some functions that are missing/would be helpful. Like changing the note types, having nurses be able to see all the hours they've working, and forms attached to clients/carers.

Pros
What I like most is keeping track of schedules to make it easier for staff to login. If there are shifts needed to be covered there's an option for staff to respond to and makes it easier then contacting staff individually. I especially like the note writing, at the end of shifts a lot easier for staff to write progress notes at the end of each shift allowing them to do before going home.
Cons
Sometimes, it doesn't allow change of addresses.

Pros
ShiftCare seems to be a great place which offers many critical features to a company, all relatively easy to access and helpful. It integrates with Xero which is amazing as it helps with invoices which are otherwise painful. Sammy Wilkins was amazing and helpful and walked My partner and I through most issues, I couldn't speak highly enough about her and she is one of the reasons we have chose this platform.
Cons
Integration of Xero is a bit clunky and requires a bit of help to understand what's going on and where. It takes a little searching around areas to find things but there's probably not much that can be done about this.
