I did the 35 day trial...thinking it was just a trial. The catch is that they will charge you $180.00 and if you contest it, they will not refund you. This product was not easy to use and it's interface wasn't clear so I didn't use it at all. I'm out $180.00 because they care more about money than the quality of services or customer care.

I dislike that they seem more concerned about money than service.

Easy to use, good tools, exceptional forecast

When I make a copy of a Business planner to be used as a reference in building another one, the counter for the total number of images I have placed is not reset, thus creating problems for placing new images as the limit is reached very quickly.

It is not possible to use a copy of a forecast from one plan and copy it to another or to use the outline structure of one plan in another empty plan.

It allows us to provide value to clients.

There is limited selection for template design. Also, it can benefit us if there were an unlimited number of team members that can contribute to an account.

The intuitiveness of the tool and the recently added AI assistance. Seamless syncing with QuickBooks, allowing for better guidance to my clients.

No issues. I really have no issues with the tool.

Live plan includes the needed pieces to create the business plan you need. Designed for flexibility and customization.

I can't/don't know how to change the layout of financial spread sheets so extra paper is used in printing. It would be lovely if you could easily specify to print landscape or portrait or adjust sizes of graphs.
It would be nice to have a specific nonprofit option.

Comprehensive approach to a business plan and general planning. I use the forecast function for every client to assist in preparing budgets. The benchmark data is very helpful and is now enhanced from prior versions.

Inability to move forecasts into Excel format. This should be fixed and I thought I heard that using in Excel was not possible.

Provided initial "jumpstart" direction in basic areas of business plan development. Financial projection tables were simple to use & provided a foundation to approach a deeper dive into financial planning & realities.

The format was different than the traditional business plan templates I had used in other business development pursuits & LivePlans product required some tweaking.
Determining a startup cost breakdown seemed to be a bit more difficult in the forecast section then it probably needed to be.
Couldn't download & save with the plan coversheet/title page.

Traditionally effective in traditional scenarios of manufacturing and marketing!

The Plan was Not applicable or flexible with my Non Venturing business, of Licensing. Meaning, I need financing a sa Viable Start-Up entrepreneur for licencing my Product, versus developing, financing, producing, and marketing my product(s).

Very easy to navigate and has helpful tutorials

a bit clunky on admin and not flexible to chage or customize headers we had a diffucult time trying to edit once downlaoded

more forecast years, it is now 5 years, I hope it will optional up to 15 years. also I hope to have the real present value, interest rate inflation for any said country.

It is very friendly to use and it delivers everything you need to create a great business pitch.

It would be great to have a reduce price after the second year of subscription.

I love the video examples. The step-by-step businesses directory. I had no clue how to write a business plan or could not afford to hire a business plan writer and this app help me indefinitely to conjure to pursue my dream.

The one thing I liked about the life plan was the marking of the don't use boxes, I figured I didn't want to submit that information it would just not print. And with printing the app it print blank pages which made my business plan seem incomplete. Eventually, I got it right.

I love that it walks me through writing a pitch and a business plan. This is a tool even the most novice of entrepreneurs can use to write a stellar business plan that will wow the banks!

The example business plan templates were not easily found/accessible. I would make those front and center in all windows so that a person can easily compare what they’re putting together to what a seasoned pro might add in a similar field.

Easy to use and good help for creating a Business plan

When you have done the plan it is just there and I have been paying a lot of money for just storing my Business plan for 2 years. Now I have to prioritize what I spend my money on and this is one thing I dont need at the moment.

Very useful in planning, pitching and eventually starting my business. It supported every element from ideation through to detailed p&l & balance sheet for presentation to investors. The software guides you through how to write your proposal/business plan and then helps you formulate and plan all the revenue & costs you need to think about and plan for. Integration with my online accounting software was pretty helpful too.

I found that for my business the options for calculating revenue and cost of sales were clunky - adding support around these elements in terms of how COS are not necessarily all incurred in the months the product is produced. In my case it can take 3 or 4 months to build the final product - incurring costs along the way. Reporting variance against plan with integrated accounting software is clunky.
