I do like the platform, however it will need to be more intuitive with more robust options and better customer support.

The response time and vast amount of different logo templates that help you choose customise to your liking to help grow any business you may have or want to start.

Not very user friendly needs a lot of back and fourth to go back to your original design and can be challenging to get back what you had before (design wise)

It give variety of AI generated logos, also I can describe and choose how to customize the logo.

I like least about this service is that It is a paid product where already free alternatives are available in the market

The logo was beautiful - the font was so different and lovely. I couldn't find even a similar font and it had a lot to do with the overall appeal. I also appreciated the great support, as I received quick, friendly responses over my minor confusion.

I was able to send my logo to my shirt designer and I will be wearing my GenkinaHealth brand in just a few days. I can't wait to see and WEAR this great design!

I liked the variety of designs that were presented to me. The most challenging thing was to choose from all the options.

It was difficult to find out which designer was responsible for a particular style of logo that I liked. It took a long time to reproduce a logo that I previously liked as you can’t save all your favourite designs.

It's so convenient and easy to use it, it's my secon time using it, and i'm very satisfied with my purchase.

I had played with some other free logo programs in the past, and the designs, fonts, and particularly the iconography from SmashingLogo was far superior - and perfect for creating a logo that I feel really aligns with my vision for my brand. I had a lot of fun playing with different options until I settled on the right one for me, and I absolutely adore it!

I wish the colors within the gradients were editable, and also that - once purchase is complete - you are told where to find your fonts. I had some trouble with finding my exact font.

Easy to create! Great options to choose from & all the files needed to use the logo.

Only thing I wish I could do is move the words and graphic around manually.

The platform is so intuitive and easy to use, generating some incredible logos quickly and easily without the complication of working with a designer for days or weeks to achieve the same (or possibly not as good) results. The logo was brilliantly visualised in the mock ups, helping me see exactly what impact it would have on various mediums.

There isn't anything I don't like about this product. The only thing I would have liked was the ability to set up an account to save the design while I played around with it before buying. I wasn't sure whether I would be able to find the same design again, so kept my laptop on for several days while I was tweaking it.

That I could experiment with colour, font and layout myself rather than having to suggest changes to a designer and wait for them to come back

It is difficult to take parts of several designs and merge together without risking losing something in the re-creation

I would like to see more options like adding automatic transfer of logos to a website and social media builder.

I really have no cons

Love the fact you can tweak the fine details after you habe selected your preferred logo. We even managed to rotate our icon just a fraction to create a more quirky look. You can also stack your logo words as you like to best fit your needs, and with unlimited reworks after purchase you can create variations of your logo to suit all your future needs for no extra cost. Amazing!

So.e of the features for adjustment could be dislayed and explained a little easier.

I love that the designs are all actually really nice and very usable as I’ve used all the websites where they weren’t very good at all and inevitably I ended up winning the logos which led me to this website

The only con I would say is just the difficulty in downloading assets as you have to do this by individual type and it involves quite a few clicks, and it would be great to be able to download them all in one click and save them for future use.

I like you professionally with your design and creativity.

If you have more pictures size and support svg image that would be great

The customer service. Those folks were able to get back to me in less than 24 hours and were beyond helpful.
