Great tool to boost your team`s morale
Reviewed on 2024/06/03
Pros
The tool for Connected Recognitions is easy to use and very clear with the guidance on the amounts of recognitions. As a manager of the team, I love the "My Team" dashboard that shows how many people were recognized and when. This helps me to keep up with the latest updates and share the recognition messages to the wider audience to amplify the recognition effect.
Cons
For some strange reason the pre-paid eCards are not available in Polish Zloty, even though the other things on internal market support this currency.

There are still many folks who work in the office at Belden who would much rather have spot awards for outstanding achievements, trophies for 20+ year anniversary awards, or t-shirts for doing something well. Those who made the decision to use Bravo do not work at any of our offices and did it to cut costs, simple as that. When the leaders and managers do not use Bravo to regularly reward people, it is telling that they, too, do not believe it is a meaningful and useful mode to recognize the job well done. There is very little to value of getting a minimum of $30 for a project that took me 2 months to do just to buy something from the marketplace that is barely worth $20. To me, it is a bit disingenuous and does not encourage me to work any harder than I do.
Pros
It's easy to globally connect with those and see what others at Belden are doing. If used well, it has the potential for others to feel better connected as an organization and recognize people who truly go above and beyond at Belden.
Cons
There are many things. The cash equivalent for the award is not equivalent to market value in the marketplace. For instance, I could buy a pair of iPads on Amazon for $100 but the Bravo marketplace would need at least $125 in Bravo points. Ultimately this gives employees the impressions that 1) Belden simply wanted to cut costs with recognizing employees by using a program no one would use 2) Give out points that no one would use given the discrepancy in value 3) Not have a desire to authentically reward employees.

Great layout and i have enjoyed work human social recognition which allows employees to select awesome rewards and also helps employers to build a positive workplace.
Pros
Easy and Simple way of rewards redemption with the multiple options to purchase. This is a great platform in giving and receiving recognition. I like that the service is user friendly and useful to recognize employees which helps to build a positive and encouraging workplace.
Cons
Need to improve their customer support and if they can concentrate on the redemption of the reward points balance to exchange as gift cards without rounding up the points example, If an employee having 1020 points balance he/she could only redeem their balance by starting 300 points in 3 times, So that they will get 3 gift cards worth the balance with the left over 120 points in their wallet, instead of this if they can exchange entire reward points to gift cards it will be helpful to use convert all the points to gift card is worthy.

Recognition Program JLL
Reviewed on 2024/07/12
Pros
I enjoy the product overall! I like that we have real time notification and recognition from my peers and manager/supervisors. It lets us know our efforts don't go unnoticed and there are different values in rewards. I like the selection of items we can buy from the store and everything is name brand. It is also nice to have a note for what you are recognizing someone for or being recognized for. I recommend to other employers!
Cons
The only cons I have noticed are they don't have Amazon gift cards as an item to buy, which I had with another employer, but their selection of items is great! Where I work, the manager for my department has to approve all recognitions sent between peers to avoid abuse of the recognition program. I understand the concept but I could do without, it is more of an employer problem than a App or Work Human issue. Definitely still recommend to employers to consider the recognition program for their employees.

There shouldn't be any toxic type of management at the higher levels where the best needed to be encouraged and not to only reward the favourites.
Pros
The Best part of recognising the employee by rewarding points and appreciating.
Cons
What I liked least about Workhuman was the way management sometimes used the system. It felt like they played favorites, giving recognition to certain employees while overlooking others who were just as deserving. It created a pretty toxic environment where some people felt undervalued and left out, which really undermined the whole idea of a positive workplace.

Ease of use and value generation

As shared in Pros... pleasant, rewarding and satisfying.
Pros
The user-friendly interface of this platform is truly commendable. It effortlessly facilitates the search for peers or colleagues, enabling us to acknowledge their contributions and categorize the type of reward. The streamlined approval process not only simplifies the recognition process but also fosters a sense of joy and motivation among colleagues.
Receiving recognition is equally seamless. The platform allows for easy access to view and congratulate others on their awards. The ability to redeem awards on the same platform is a significant advantage, eliminating the need for transfers, tokens, or URLs. One can simply browse the product catalog, select items within their reward points budget, checkout, and place an order. The product is then conveniently delivered to your doorstep. The simplicity of this process is truly remarkable.
Moreover, the recent updates to the product catalog have made it even more appealing. The inclusion of newer and more relevant items, particularly in the electronics category, enhances the overall user experience. The added functionality of marking items as favorites further personalizes the platform, making it a joy to use. This platform truly embodies the essence of simplicity and efficiency.
Cons
At the outset of my shopping experience, I was disheartened to find that a few of the products delivered to me were previously used. It seemed as though the supplier may have been dishonest. However, I am pleased to report that the situation has since improved significantly. All the products I have received lately are brand new and function to my utmost satisfaction. I am currently not facing any issues.
On another note, I would appreciate it if the product listing could display a larger number of items simultaneously. The current design, which requires infinite scrolling through pages, is rather inconvenient and time-consuming. I believe this enhancement would greatly improve the user experience.

Empowering and Engaging – Workhuman Transforms the Workplace
Reviewed on 2024/07/02
Pros
I've had an incredibly positive experience with Workhuman! This platform has revolutionized the way our company approaches employee recognition and rewards. It's user-friendly and makes acknowledging the hard work of colleagues both simple and instantaneous.
One of the standout features is the peer-to-peer recognition system. It's not just managers who get to say 'well done' – anyone can highlight the contributions of their teammates. This has fostered a sense of camaraderie and a vibrant, supportive company culture that we're all proud to be a part of.
Workhuman's rewards catalog is also impressive. It offers a diverse range of options, from travel experiences to the latest tech gadgets, ensuring there's something for everyone. The flexibility to choose what truly resonates with each individual is a big win.
Moreover, Workhuman's analytics tools have been a game-changer. They provide valuable insights into team dynamics and recognition patterns, helping us to not only celebrate successes but also to identify areas where we can improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
The platform's emphasis on inclusivity and global reach means no one is left behind, regardless of where they are located. It's heartening to see how it brings together our global workforce, making everyone feel recognized and valued.
Lastly, the customer support team deserves a shout-out. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping clients get the most out of their experience.
In summary, Workhuman has been a key factor in making our workplace more human-centric. It's not just a tool for rewards – it's a catalyst for building a better work environment where everyone feels acknowledged and inspired to do their best. Highly recommended!
Cons
There is a need for more items and gift card options across different categories to cater to the diverse preferences and interests of all employees. Expanding the selection would not only enhance the personalization of the rewards but also ensure that every team member can find something that truly appeals to them, thereby increasing the perceived value and impact of the recognition program.

My overall experience with Workhuman has been positive. I think this is a great option for companies to allow recognition amongst its employees. It offers people who may not have the largest voice or who are in positions that do not always receive recognition for their hard work to be seen and encourage them further. It helps to highlight their performance that may otherwise go unnoticed to their managers or coworkers.
Pros
I like being able to send thanks to my colleagues to encourage them and to thank them for all their hard work and dedication. Sometimes we forget to say thank you, especially at work, and this is a nice and meaningful way to show people you appreciate all that they've done or highlight someone's achievements!
I also like that you can make your recognitions private or public depending on what you'd like to say.
Cons
I wish there were more gift card options when using points. It definitely has a lot of the main big ticket places, but I'd like to see a wider variety for the fashion section or a local selection for different companies.

Excellent, its a great program. I would love as a Senior Manager to be able to use this more to reward my global team so more options to be able to select international gift cards etc. would be great.
Pros
The Navigator rewards program is an excellent way to highlight and reward the unsung heroes within the company, fostering a culture of support and collaboration
Cons
That non-people managers cannot reward their colleagues with points. Thumbs up should be at lease 10 points or getting 5 thumps ups qualifies you for points. The point of the program is to show recognition for exceptional work that aligns with company values, like "we not I". Managers are not always the ones who benefit from collaboration, and you want to foster this teamwork all the way through your workforce.

powerful tool for creating a culture of appreciation
Reviewed on 2024/06/03
Pros
Workhuman is an easy way for staff and management to create and uphold a culture of appreciation. It allows the range from quick small notes to big milestone awards and makes it easy to show how much the work of every team member is valued. The key for creating a culture of appreciation is the consistency, which is encouraged by the system, e.g. by making it easy to send a note or an award, also by providing tracking and trending tools for managers.
Cons
While there is a huge selection of ways for employees to 'spend' their awards, there are some points which get mentioned by some award recipients: 1) The redemption choices seem to be focused on brand-name conscientious consumers (people would also like price conscientious options, like in the US e.g. gift cards for Walmart, or Temu, or similar). In general, people seem to like the more flexible gift cards. 2) There seem to be always tiny amounts of points left which cannot be spend because the next cost item is just above those. Can a way for 'spending down change' be created, e.g. through small items or 'leave the change' options for charities? 3) Everybody wants to be able to donate to their favorite charity, is there a way?
