Integrates with Salesforce very efficiently. Very easy to use and recommend it to everyone!

There are some features I wish were available to individual contributors but they would prefer that goes to a paid version through management.

Fast, Fast, Fast interface. Whether it's is lightning or classic, Salesforce eats up memory, the Scatchpad Salesforce app is moves things along

Lacking outlook connectivity. It would be great to get alerts as a calendar notification

Scratchpad is easily the best tool for managing your pipeline and salesforce hygiene. It's incredibly intuitive and fast to make tons of updates to your pipeline - which keeps your manager off your back. Although difficult to quantify exactly how much - I do save loads of time every day working within Scratchpad vs Salesforce directly, or even a platform like Clari. You can progress deals quickly, update next steps, stages, close won, make custom "Tiles" for required fields - all very easily and quickly.

Every once in a while things wont sync to Salesforce and I'll have to run it a few times - but it's not often and it always ends up working in the end.

I use scratchpad notes daily, and I love that I can attach them to an opportunity in Salesforce with ease. Because I work with 20-40 accounts a month, it's challenging to remember every conversation, so detailed notes are critical. Now I can easily pull up important information on each account, whether in Salesforce or Scratchpad. I am also a big fan of Scratchpad being immediately available each time I open a new tab.

I really can't think of anything. For my purposes, it works great.

Scratchpad is incredibly easy to use and it syncs with salesforce in real-time. I use SP to manage account Notes, Tasks, and Pipeline manage on a daily basis. Their latest functionality, called control-J allow you to access and update your salesforce records from ANY tab. Incredbily convient

I'm able to update my SalesForce pipeline very efficiently.

Some of the configurable features are not super-intuitive but the Scratchpad support staff's proactive and excellent help more than compensates.

This makes updating opportunities a breeze! It is faster than lightning with instant updates and super easy to use! Custom reports make keeping opportunities up-to-date a breeze! Scratchpad is simple with great support!

It is very easy to use and don't have any dislikes.

The time savings, the efficient nature and the ability to organize myself better

none yet! Maybe that we haven't adopted this fully on an enterprise-level-- but it's in Infosec now!

I love the ease of use and the fact that everything is laid out in such a clean and minimal layout. I can search everything from clients to individual notes and client descriptions and it brings me the info I need. The customer service from scratchpad is also unbeatable! I was lucky enough to have a sit-down with one of the developers who helped me implement a pipeline structure and teach me hands-on how to use the program. I have recommended it to several people I work with that are hesitant to use salesforce because of its clunky UI. Also, I love the new Scratchpad command functionality.

The only issue I have come across is there are a few small bugs. Sometimes when searching tasks, it doesn't auto-populate the information, also there are a few fields that don't communicate well with salesforce. I don't know if its a salesforce or scratchpad issue, but it is something I have come across.

In-line editing with salesforce integration saves a ton of time

Setup/first time using can be confusing. A new customer onboarding experience would be perfect.

It's many of the clunky and redundant clicks out of salesforce and simplifies it. Additionally, the technical support is top notch - very professional, timely, and helpful.

there is a learning curve but of course, and items that you don't find till you request the technical assistance, which is awesome so then you learn those additional tricks you didn't know.

Scratchpad makes it easy for me to quickly update my pipeline and have it reflected in Salesforce. I also use it to organize my notes for all my deals, from initial call through close plans. The ability to tier notes keeps me on track and keeps my manager happy.

Nothing - the team at Scratchpad is constantly updating the tool and reaching out with new product enhancements.

It's really easy to set up and use. I love the minimalist interface and the ability to customize almost everything. Really helpful for sales reps trying to update salesforce faster to free up time that could be used on driving the sale.

It might take a little bit to get set up at first and customize everything to fit your specific needs but then it's set it and forget it.

Scratchpad is such an amazing software. It helps me update crucial field in SFDC without having to find each required field and without having to locate each account. This has saved me hours upon hours on a weekly basis.

It would be great if the tool was a bit more customizable and could plug into other apps.

This is one of the best software programs I have ever seen for pipeline management. The UI, ease of use, and easy integration into SFDC makes updating your pipeline so easy and not a typical pain in the butt task any longer

I have zero bad things to say about scratchpad it is incredible and such a game changer.

Scratchpad is a fantastic tool that helps me save hours vs. using Salesforce alone every week. It lets me keep my opportunities up to date, run easy reports and make my life better as a sales rep. I'm happy we decided to invest in it.

The only thing that makes Scratchpad difficult is sometimes we have custom fields that need to be updated according to our specific org and they can be a little tricky to manage at times.

How easy it is to update all of your opportunities without having to open 20 different salesforce tabs. Clean and easy.

None at this time. They seem to be constantly developing and seeking customer feedback.

I love that I can have a single source of truth for all my notes while still being able to have it all loaded into SFDC as well.

The ability to do SFDC tasks and set new ones is lacking

I like having a single screen to input all of my pipeline updates at once as opposed to opening individual opportunity records, editing, then saving in Salesforce. Scratchpad performers extremely well/fast for this job.

I don't have any cons to mention at this point.
