What I like most about Microsoft Word is that when you open it, it shows you all the recent word docs you've done. Easy to find what was just worked on. I also like that you can create tables, cut and paste and insert. You can tell it what type of document you want and it will format it for you.

What i like least about Microsoft Word is that I can't wrap in only one column and it not wrap in the column next to it. Might be a learning curve for me tho.

Best software to make smart documents effectively. some features like image insertion, hyperlinks etc... which makes it an ideal tool for the professional point of view.

Shared view like in excel is not available in word.

It's a great way to make a document, many different ways, and tools to work with. Easy to save too.

It can be a little overwhelming some times because of all the different tools. Need to learn the program first.

User friendly interface and any type of customer can use easily.

Nothing bad side in this software.It is very useful for university students.

Smart Docs are a bit highly priced software. They should be given free for at least 2 months. It also seems a bit complex.

Was easy to integrate into our programs.

Little hard to learn at first then we picked it up quickly.

It is very easy to use, specially to teach to other users and the capabilities of the software allows you to connect all different documents from other departments into one same source.

Software may crash too often, requirements for wifi speed and computer are higher than the competition.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about SmartDocs

Is an easy content management solution and is great for document automation

It is necessary to instruct the person who will use this software since it is necessary for a correct use.

SmartDocs is an extension right into Word, so I don't have to open and close multiple programs to manage my content. I can update responses on the fly, and easily search and find the content I need.

They are a small company and sometimes support takes a couple of days. And the latest version is only available in Beta form, but I have started to use it and it already wowed me!

- Multi-function application, all your needs are included and plugged in, you won't need to use other programs
- You can save your work in multi-forms and transfer it
- you can use the online features, which allow you to complete your work in different devices

- The trial period is somehow short
- Sometimes the format is messed up if your are using different versions of the program.

The application is a good word processing platform to perform our documentations and assignments, really good user friendly application

The user interface is not much attractive for me as a user, because the icons and buttons are larger in size also the color theme and word processing related color is not attractive and stylish

I like the ease of use of Smartdocs, it is very easy to implement and allows for easy use for editing. It is also easy to share these documents.

Not sure if I can even list a con, this software has been a joy to use and have not had any issues at all.

I used it for research paper writing.Amazing app for auto correction,threasure and visualization.Secondly we can put word file to check plagiarism.
we can use pictures,graphs and charts to assist our litrature.

There must be auto saving facility availablr in MS word.A mistakenly simple click can ruin whole efforts.

I love the simplicity of the entire program and ease to find the answer to a question if one should come up.

It was a little confusing using the online version and the desktop version but once I understood, it was fine.

It is a tool to transform word file to manageable document.We can make documents, proposal, reports with saving time and in best design.

There is nothing which i dislike about it.

What i like most is that it is all updated and the latest apps or features are always included, with helpful tips.
