We use the system as a fundamental part of the operation of our business. Point of sale activity is crucial for us to be able to quickly place orders. The tool helped us organize our business effectively

Pros

Orders are easily placed with just a few clicks; The price charged initially is very acceptable; Reports that are essential for understanding the business are easily obtained in the tool; Quality stock control; The service and support team is very good and can resolve situations easily and effectively.

Cons

Price starts good but for expansion it is necessary to pay some extra amounts which are not cheap

What i love most is that it's an all in one system and that you dont have to use more systems in order to get the most out of oir busness you can also take payments on your phone and thats awsome!!!!! The best change I did after my bad experience with Restroworks Restaurant.

The point of sale and POS is completely changed. The menu items are digitized as per Heartland Restaurants initiative. Great change overall.

Magnificent Standalone POS device

Pros

Running a bar is not easy but Heartland Restaurant has made it a dream come true to run the bar without hassles. The standalone POS device is a great invention.

Cons

What I like less about it is the time taken to contact customer service.

We have had a very productive overall experience managing our restaurant with Heartland Restaurant. It has offered us a very efficient platform for running operations in the restaurant from taking orders to processing payments. Heartland Restaurant has helped us serve our customers with perfection which has made it easy to retain them.

Pros

Setting up Heartland Restaurant was so easy and quick. Offers online ordering functions that help us deliver orders to our customers. It allows us to process order payments from all major payment methods. Heartland Restaurant reports gives us a strong basis of making informed decisions to boost our operations.

Cons

Nothing, we are pleased with everything. Heartland Restaurant has qualified to be an ideal solution in all areas of concern.

It has been a very profitable experience using Heartland Restaurant as our POS to run our restaurant. Our business has really flourished in terms of the online orders we get to delivery to our customers. It has helped us streamline operations within the restaurant making things to flow seamlessly from the kitchen to the guests.

Pros

Heartland Restaurant provides us with an outstanding online ordering tools that has helped us to simplify the whole food ordering process from check out to delivery. It provides us with detailed performance reports that gives us the basis on what to improve on and what to maintain. Setting up Heartland Restaurant was very straightforward and its ease of customization allowed us to have a perfect POS for our restaurant.

Cons

There has never been an struggles working with Heartland Restaurant and there are no negative remarks to make.

Overall its been great experience if i include my personal experience and my team. Restaurant orders and requirements are easily fulfilled and helps in creating good connection with the customer.

Pros

It has been wonderful to manage our restaurant hassle free and Everything including payment , ordering , reports of order can be easily managed from the dashboard. I am definitely fond of its user friendly dashboard and client management through the platform.

Cons

I don't find any major issue while working with this platform although it had some glitches from time to time , it can be improved.

It has helped us to touch the hearts of our guests with a fast and efficient ordering experience making them visit us over and over again. We did hit a jackpot with Heartland Restaurant.

Heartland Restaurant has a fantastic POS that allows us to accept and process all payments methods. There are very robust sales reporting tools which assist in monitoring and analyzing our sales operations. The POS system has a high processing speed making it possible to process food orders quickly.

I am happy and a loyal Heartland Restaurant user. Customers can submit their feedbacks on what they loved about us or on where to improve.

Pros

It's an excellent software that keeps our restaurant operations humming and customers raving. Customers use guest applications to order or even scan their check to pay. Offers online ordering and you can easily track orders, payments or customer history. An extraordinary software.

Cons

Overall, we are generally happy with Heartland's POS side of the company (we would not recommend the HR side, but that is another story). The customer service typically responds quickly. Sometimes I wish they would come out a little more quickly, especially since it seems that their equipment only ever breaks during a busy dinner rush. However, they seem to care about our experience as a customer and even took the time to meet with us several times to go over different options we could use.

Pros

Heartland was a very low startup cost and overall had a better setup than what we had before. Their online ordering is included at no additional charge, which is huge. Overall, the customer service team has been pretty helpful and reliable, even if it sometimes takes a day or two to get a response.

Cons

What they save in low startup fees, they absolutely kill you on the back end with equipment "rental" fees. We are paying an arm and a leg for equipment where we are locked in to a 3-year contract. The equipment doesn't break down as much as it definitely used to, but still not worth the crazy expense. If I went with Heartland again, I would rather pay up front for equipment costs and save up for when it inevitably breaks down again.

Pros

It was very easy to setup. It gives access to insightful reports that helps us monitor our restaurant operations performance. Has a very sleek and user-friendly interface making easy to use. Allows us to provides customers with a very effective online ordering platform. Any updates made on the menu take effect in real time.

Cons

Customer support services has been available to us at all times and we have not had anything major to dislike.

At first, it thought this tool was too expensive, the services have really changed my perspective and am quite okay with the cost.

Heartland restaurant has been great for our online ordering system. It has made everything, from checkout to delivery, way easier to manage. The performance reports are very detailed as well I must add. setting it up was simple also and it I customized it to fit our restaurant needs. the digitization of the menu items is also a really nice touch.
