Pros

I wanted to take a moment to express our satisfaction with DocVilla's all-in-one system. Since adopting it, we've been consistently impressed with its performance and functionality.

Following the merger that led to the transition from Kareo to Tebra, we experienced some disappointment with the new platform. However, DocVilla has surpassed our expectations, delivering on its promise's in a way that truly benefits our practice.
The system's provision of excellent customer support has been invaluable, ensuring that any issues or queries are addressed promptly and effectively. Moreover, its seamless claim submission process has streamlined our administrative tasks, saving us time and effort.
Perhaps most importantly, DocVilla's patient payment and ERA processing capabilities have been a game-changer for us. The system not only facilitates smooth transactions but also enhances the overall patient experience, which is essential for maintaining satisfaction and loyalty.
In light of our positive experience with DocVilla, we're confident in our decision to rely on this platform for the long term. We're grateful for the consistent quality and reliability it offers, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.

Cons

I would like for DocVilla to give me the option to email patients when a change is made on their appointment. Sometimes a mistake is made, such as telehealth is booked in Error. When this happens patients get confused.

Whenever you update/cancel an appointment, patients automatically receive an email notification about the change. You can also send secure, HIPAA-compliant messages directly through the patient portal. DocVilla will alert patients via email that their doctor has sent a secure message, prompting them to log in to the patient portal to read it. For patients who haven't set up a patient portal account, you can text them directly on their mobile phones, ensuring to only include non-PHI data. Please be cautious with direct emails to patients, as using common free email services like Yahoo, AOL, and Gmail could pose HIPAA violations due to potential data harvesting or the risk of sending emails to incorrect address.

Pros

Everything. It's easy to use EHR with labs, eRx, practice management, cloud based, telemedicine, inventory management. I love their feature of services where we can bundle the ICD, CPT and SOAP. Customer service is phenomenal.

It's an excellent EHR software. I love it.

I work as office manager in two medical practices. One of them uses DocVilla. It has all the features that the doctor and staff needs including medical billing. I recommended DocVilla to the doctor of the other practice I work with and he would also be implementing DocVilla in his practice for EMR, telemedicine, billing, and patient portal.

I have been using DocVilla for approximately 1 month and I can say it's very user friendly. There are also a ton of tutorials I can watch if I'm not sure how to do something.

Pros

As a new therapist, DocVilla has made scheduling simple. If a client discusses medication management in session, I can easily schedule an appointment with one of our psychiatrists and vice versa. I love that I can join video conferences directly as well as complete my charting and case notes all in one spot. I'm sure there are many features I haven't discovered yet as a new user. I like that I can record sessions for discussions during clinical supervision.

Cons

I am a new user, so maybe this is possible. But I wish there were a chat option available during video conferences. I could easily add links to resources for my clients there. That would be a bit more convenient for me than screen sharing.

Additionally, you have the capability to communicate with your patients in real-time during consultations. You can send messages directly to the patient portal or via text/SMS. This ensures all chat is logged and documented for HIPAA compliance and audits. Since DocVilla is browser-based, you can manage video calls in one tab while charting and messaging in another, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency.

We are a small psych practice. The system works great but some decisions have been made for features that don't fit the best with our needs but fit better for larger practices.

I would highly recommend DocVilla to any practice. I work as IT Strategy consultant and have been recommending and leveraging DocVilla for multiple practices. All the doctors have been extremely happy with the software as well as customer support. DocVilla EMR engineering team is knowledgeable to even customize the software for various practices e.g I have connected DocVilla with salesforce CRM using API for patient marketing.

Pros

I love their customer service. We needed a lot customization which not many EHRs were offering. DocVilla helped us with customization as well as custom white labeled patient portal.

Cons

It has a lot of features so it has a learning curve. Otherwise, it's a great platform.
