> **Cons**: As we grew as an organization, it was difficult to use TAM to track our daily tasks as well as our insurance policy data.

> TAM was great and served its purpose during the time we utilized it. Over time, however, we found a better CRM system that we eventually moved to and have stuck with since.

> **Pros**: We started using TAM back in the 90s and at the time, it was cutting edge technology.  But anymore, it is outdated as a server-based system.

> **Cons**: It is server-based vs cloud-based and has a very dated use and feel.  Applied stopped improving it because they know it's not a system of the future and have invested in newer technology/systems such as Epic, which is very expensive.
> 
> We were satisfied with TAM when we used them, but it got to the point that we needed a cloud-based system and we were just paying too much for what we were getting.
