I've moved my movement platform to Uscreen from Kajabi after experiencing how much it would improve the user experience of my members. The Uscreen team is dynamic and dedicated - updates are frequent and the community can submit feature requests freely. The way the sites and apps are build is well optimised for video content. From features like filters, playlists, livestream to well designed forum, I believe Usceen has really helped my business flourish. The customer support is also faster than in any other service I've used.

Very poor experience. Any time I asked a question I was sent a link to their help site. If I inquired further, my emails would then be ignored.
Pros
In theory, the platformed served my basic needs to get started. Most of the features were easy to use.
Cons
The worst technical support I have encountered in a while. I had technical issues with my site when switching features of my site, causing it to crash. Technical support said it was an issue with my hosting site, even though the issue occurred when I changed a feature on my Uscreen site. After inquiring more, my emails were no longer returned. The issue is still going on and we are looking for alternate hosting sites.

I migrated uscreen after a stressful experience with another platform. I was instantly impressed with the backend capabilities that elevate my customers’ experience. I no longe have to ‘piece’ parts together. Uscreen is all in one and makes it easier to focus on growing my business.

My overall experience has been great! I love that they listen to feedback and are genuinely trying create a really good product. They're team seems to really enjoy working with creators and you can sense that. And if there isn't a solution for you're problem, they try to find workarounds.
Pros
I really like the content layout, it matched Netflix and since my students don't take a linear path to learning I like that they can search or we can group things into categories for them to find.
Cons
My cons are centered more towards my specific use case. I wish Uscreen had quizzes for my customers to take after they watch a specific video.

I've tried a lot of course platforms and what made me switch was the Netflix style content delivery. The other platforms were more linear at the time I was using them. I don't know if they've changed, but if they did, I don't think I would go back to them.Reasons for Switching to Uscreen

Very user-friendly both for admins and customers. They are the epitome of a white label product - we have been able to customize time and again to fit our product and our brand. The Uscreen team is always adding new features and upgrades.

When building a digital community that you intend on selling product to, it's clear thats where Uscreen's focus is. That, in itself, has helped me rethink my "old-style" product strategy and embrace more modern ways of thinking how to engage your community and create value that they don't mind subscribing to. I think Uscreen has its finger on the pulse of the content creator community at large and is best-suited for supporting us as customers more than any other platform out there.
Pros
The team at Uscreen is top-notch and ultra-supportive.
The technical capabilities of the platform are the perfect balance of power vs. usability.
Their CMS system works great if you're trying to set up a basic web site as a storefront for your product.
Payment processing integration works flawlessly.
Community tools and live streaming are game changers.
Cons
Being new to this, I didn't have anything that I liked "least". Instead, I think there are some areas of confusion in the interface and feature set that could more easily be explained by their already-great online documentation. That said, their online chat service with real people helped me navigate some of those challenges early on.

We switched over from another streaming service provider (Dacast). And our experience with them wasn't the best, so we were a little weary. However Uscreen took the stress away completely from streaming. Their system is robust, easy to follow, and very inuitive. We had a very useful and informative onbaording session with our account manager, which set the tone of our Uscreen experience so far.
Cons
In all honest, nothing. Their platform has evolved with tools and features very useful to a small niche broadcaster like us.
Some features perhaps can be better grouped and configured on the site, but this is purely cosmetic. Everything works really well.

Love it! I'm not that confident technically but it is all so easy to work my way around, the customer service, support and help area is so extensive that you simply can't go wrong. Highly recommend.

The customer service is excellent. The team is so helpful and genuinely engaged in making sure you get the most out of the system. They listen to feedback, are incredibly responsive to suggestions.
I also love how easy it is to set up and get going, then add additional services as you develop.
Cons
Not really a con, but they are still working out some quirks with the app which do impact end user functionality. But not enough for me to even consider changing platforms!

Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services.
Cons
Since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month.

From sales to customer migration to deployment to mobile app development, every step along the way has been a top notch experience. I received tremendous support at every step with precise documentation and helpful humans. Transitioning from a different platform to Uscreen was seamless and since the upgrade my online business has almost tripled in revenue!
Cons
Compared to other platforms, the Community feature is still relatively simple. I wish there were more robust features such as private messaging and screen sharing like Discord.

We love the ease of navigating the site from the customer side and from the backend. We have had great interactions with the Uscreen Team, supporting us in the set up and implementing what we need and supporting us with troubleshooting and truly designing a platform that works uniquely with our members. Having the app, has been amazing and is really user friendly. The Live Stream Studio is so easy to navigate and has been working really well. We love the Calendar feature and the way we have been able to categorize our library of classes. Thank you Uscreen!!

The only con was being able to change the timezone for our Live Streams depending on the members location, but I know that is something the team is working on with us!

Pros
Uscreen has given me freedom in my business to work from anywhere as a teacher, doing online classes and community. It has increased my business reach and income many times. it is well organized and powerful, with all the tools in one place. Some add ons can help but aren't necessary. It is easy to use, even if you have moderate experience on the computer.
Cons
Maybe the cost, but when you consider the benefit, the cost is not too much. I need to connect the email to a third party software for more powerful customized sequences.

Pros
We've been a customer of uscreen since 2020 and have loved witnessing their development. While we were also in the very beginnings of figuring out our business, so was Uscreen so it really feels like we grew together.
In the past year so many incredible features have been added and rolled out. And out success manager [sensitive content hidden] has been incredible at attending to our needs and finding creative solutions for our crazy ideas we sprang upon her. At the same time, she always keeps us updated and in the loop about new features and helps us implement them!
Cons
As a starting company, it is quite pricey. We do believe we're getting our moneys worth however it is a big price point for us.
As a german company we sometimes have needs that Uscreen isn't catering to. Understandable, they develop mainly for the US market. To name 2 concrete examples, we require way stricter data protection rules but need to take care of these issues by ourselves. Another issue is that our german customers are not using credit card payment the way that americans are. It's just not a very commonly used payment option. With paypal we've thankfully found a way around it, but a debit card based payment plan would be amazing.

Uscreen can pretty much do everything. It takes a little while getting used to it but when you do it's such a powerful tool. It has made such an impact on my life.

They don't have multi-currency this has really prevented us taking clients on from other countries.

There are always updates that are being done. That is great so that our team can always have new features!
Cons
Some of the old features are not being updated and kind of old-school but still functioning.

Pros
We've hosted our membership with Uscreen for 2 years now, and every step has been a truly enjoyable experience. The platform is easy to use, yet full of incredible video and marketing features which have helped us grow beyond expectations. They're always innovating and adding new tools to the site, and the customer support team surpasses anything else - they're quick to respond and eager to help with anything.
Cons
Although the regular price for just a membership website is fairly reasonable, launching an app is quite (understandably) pricey and outside many creator's budget.

Absolutely phenomenal onboarding, setting it up and launching was a lot less stressful than we thought. Super impressed by the Uscreen onboarding specialists. Uscreen really takes product feature suggestions and implement them well
Cons
Less responsive on the native app issues and slow response time on technical issues in general

My overall experience has been excellent. It was so easy to input content and create a platform that looks professional. Now, I’m in the process of marketing it, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Rob is amazing, and the Uscreen team is always looking for ways to help. They genuinely want you to succeed and are always ready to offer support in any way possible.
Pros
What I liked most about Uscreen is the website builder that comes integrated with the platform, making it incredibly easy to use and upload content. The platform is premium in quality, and their customer support is outstanding.
Cons
Honestly, there's nothing I dislike about Uscreen.
