Pricing in case of UPI and Rupay Cards are higher against compared to other payment gateproviders like Paytm, Paykun, CC Avenue.

Nothing that I would change from my experience

The software has got a clean & easy UI. Anyone can integrate Razor's payment solution without any prior knowledge. It accepts almost all the debit/ credit cards globally & charges a few as a fee.

It rejects many international cards & they should make the payment method more simple. It will be great if they improve their customer support.

Product is easy to use. Razorpay has probably the highest number of integrations available for any payment gateway. Easy to deploy

Customer support is very bad to non existent. There are multiple search issues when connected to API.

It has appealing mordern UI. API documentation are very comprehensive and response time is great. Their due diligence and approval process is fast. They are better payout cycles.

There should be an option to allow customers to deduct 10% TDS before payment on the automated invoices we generate. There is work-around by enabling partial payment. But it is not full proof as there is no control on how much partial payment the customer will do.

The experience with the Razorpay is easy payment processing and billing payments for the needs and it is very secure fast payment processing and easy to tarnsfer to any bank accounts

Razorpay it charges too when compared to other payment apps and it some times Daley payment processing and it takes commesions for every payments and delay response from the customers

Good features, if they help in setup. Overall its fine.

We tried to use this tool for payroll and contacted their customer support. The support says 30mins response time but they never reply. We booked a call with them but support team didnt show up on call. They even never replied to us after that as well. We were waiting to setup this but they dont pay attention to customers. Very poor service and support.

As Razorpay is designed according to the need of Indian businesses operating in India. Expanding your online store reach outside India is a little bit difficult with Razorpay as it still lacks the feature of handling international payments.

My over all experience with razorypay was amazing.User friendly interface.clear cut tax details explanation.user can easily track failed transaction.Trustable payment mode too.

One the main drack is tansation delay while paying payment get stuck.

We implemented Razorpay to accept subscription payments from our Indian users. It offers a lot of payment options. Apart from it, there are options to generate QR code, payment links, invoices and payment pages.

Fees for using Payment pages is very high.

Having an ecommerce store used to be a headache without razorpay. Razorpay solves all the hurdles you name your painpoint and razorpay is the solution. Be it online payment using phonepe, paytm, upi, netbanking, credit card or even an emi payment razorpay has it all. The most amazing feature we are waiting for is the CRED pay. Also they recenly launche their ThirdWatch integration to convcert COD payments into Online payments is a life saver. The most fun fact is that they have ZERO annual maintainence cost. It is just pay per transaction and that too is really nominal.

Currently I do not have a single bad word for RazorPay. It is really a messiah for online businesses.

Razorpay's customer service is top rate - responses are prompt and helpful. It is cloud-based software which makes processing payments quick and efficient, especially for time-sensitive transactions. This is why our company decided to use it in their digital payments system, as it allows for direct deposits that greatly reduce the hassle of managing paper checks. This switch has been an invaluable asset, freeing up precious time we can put towards providing services and supporting our customers. We never hesitate to recommend Razorpay to others and are delighted with the results we have achieved so far.

I can not find any cons. It is very simple tool and does the what we require to do.

The features are amazing. This is what keeps me going away from Razorpay.
Few of the products are really worth the pay and easy to use.

Horrible support. It takes a few days for support to reply for a single query.
Usually the first reply would be another question and then it takes another few days for it to get back.

On an average to solve anything, you might have to wait for weeks.

Another big issues is account activation - It says 8 to 10 working days for account to be activated. That is approximately 2 weeks ( assuming weekends and a holiday). Post that they might ask unreasonable questions and documents. Its really tiresome sometime to open an account with Razorpay.

Pros of Razorpay:

- Multiple payment methods can be accepted.
- International payments can also be accepted.
- Subscription options are also available while accepting payments.
- Pricing is lower than other payment gateways.

Cons of Razorpay:
Certain integrations only include the option to accept payments only using cards, not any other payment methods.

The ease use, integration support with flutter and the amount of payment methods.

The documentation sometimes feel a bit incomplete.

We integrated it with our website, it was seemless, Thanks to our account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for all assistance.

Transaction charges are on higher side, sometime settlement takes very long time.

Very easy to setup with your ecommece. Payments success rate is also high and offers most payment types (netbanking, cards, UPI etc.) Backend analytics provided by the software is also quite comprehensive.

Would love to see more banks added to the netbanking option

We've tried and tested many payment gateways but in terms of features and on-boarding time, Razorpay beats all. And, the Payment Pages and Subscription product is really good.

We wish if they work on the transaction rates and providing 24x7 support. Plus there's a very high failure rate for Internation transactions.

I have been facing payment transaction failure and have raised the ticket and have been asking continuously to get connected to technical team but instead of connecting me they closed the ticket. Pathetic service.
