It's been great the interface is really friendly and I've made a lot of progress on my course, It's less daunting compared to my previous Dropbox system. Their gallery of templates is a major plus for me.
Pros
Wow, how did I not know this existed until now?
Admittedly I only signed up for Bit because I was working on a Competitor analysis course and Bit has a competitor analysis template that I can tweak for my course, I also initially did not see the point of a collaboration software since it's just me working on it and I was content to have all my files/notes and recordings in Dropbox arranged in layers and layers of subfolders.
But after watching the 10 minute tutorial series on how to use Bit I decided to create a Workspace for my course and use Bit to create checklists on what I've done, what needs to be done etc, and instead of using the comment for collaboration, I used it to leave short notes to myself on what I needed to tweak.
Bit is easy to use and the minimal editor is a life saver, The embed feature let me embed a draft version of the videos which I could watch within the document and leave notes on what I need to tweak.
Its a lot easier a workspace with progress report/note on what I've done, what needs to be redone and what I need to do next. It's a lot more organized than my Dropbox+MS Word organized chaos with numerous subfolders on each subtopic within the course.
I'm still going to both because I'm paranoid like that and I'd like to keep my dropbox folders as a sort of backup, but Bit has been a big help, it's a lot more productive for me as I don't have to stare at my folders and get overwhelmed/lose all motivation to continue.
Cons
So far I'm yet to notice any cons. An app would be nice so I can work on my course on the go but that's not really a big deal so I'm good.

Bit.ai Review - a great all-in-one Staff Handbook

Communication to the staff of protocols independently.
Pros
"We were finding MS Office and Google Docs weren't good enough to record our Practice Manual. We started looking elsewhere for a program that We could use. Between Process St and Bit.ai We found Bit.ai was better by far. Firstly We would understand it without looking at the instructions: It's so helpful to use a program that intuitively thinks the way you do. Besides that We have been so impressed with what Bit.ai can do. It has offered options to display pictures, videos and associated documents that are scrollable and readable within the main document which allows Our Staff to logically follow the main document while also accessing the other documents associated with it. It has surpassed our expectations in issues like ease of use, searchability (surprisingly unlike Bit.ai some programs can't be searched) and lately with a billing problem there was very quick resolution in our favor. I feel like Bit.ai is a labour of love for its software engineers rather than just a part of the market to be exploited. Cannot praise this program highly enough. Great Platform
Reviewed on 2018/08/29
Pros
This is a very useful platform as you can directly link to many different websites, different from some of the online document collaboration sites where you can only put links without showing the actual content on the working document.
Also, it is easy to contact and chat with the team and get a quick support.
Cons
Maybe more functions for aesthetic purposes.

The use case we solved with this product, was the integration of Bit.ai articles in our knowledge base on our WordPress website.
Pros
The pre-made templates provide a great launchpad for getting started on any project really quickly. The most impressive feature is the ease-of-use, embedding digital assets and links (e.g. spreadsheets, Google Forms, website links etc.) and by editing the master document it would reflect those changes across all instances, such as the articles embedded on our WordPress website. Awesome!
Cons
The one drawback with Bit.ai was the limited formatting and design. We are currently unable to change the font style to match with our organisations branding.

Pros
Bit.ai is super easy to use. I am able to create and share new documents quickly and the template designs make project creation a breeze.
Cons
Additional font types would be a nice-to-have. Other than that, no complaints!

My team and I are often in different locations working on an idea or topic. Bit is great to use because we have all found it very user friendly. Working on the same document that is saving in real time is excellent.
Pros

Cons
We're only using for document collaboration and so far its got no knocks on that front.

We're using it for communicating with client and business partners whenever emailing doesn't capture sufficient complexity or whenever we simply need more "eye candy".
Pros
It's incredibly easy to use, looks great and I love the many different templates to use!
Cons
I guess a whitelabel version would be nice!
