Why I Love Designrr

I am so happy that I found Designrr. It was exactly what I had been looking for and at an affordable price with easy startup and quick results. If you want a product that is easy to use, quick to help you produce great content and at an affordable price, I highly recommend Designrr. Oh, and you will be surprised when you receive regular email tips on using Designrr and information on other added enhancements . That was an added bonus I had not expected with this product, so thank you Designrr!
Pros
What I like about Designrr is that it is very affordable, simple, easy and straightforward - I was up and running in minutes! The Standard Designrr gives you the ability to import and edit your own content in 9+ different ways and to upload your own images for your project so you have the flexibility to create whatever you want. I use it to create Tips, E-books and Articles quickly and easily with a professional cover and customized look for my business. The built in Content and Index formatting means that I spend less time and effort creating, formatting and producing my projects and more time on my business.
Cons
This is the perfect product to get started and use quickly, however, there are other features I now want to use in Pro Designrr to give me even more flexibility. The Standard Designrr will not allow me to merge content to create a longer Article or E-book as this is available in the Pro Designrr. There are some limitations around the number of uploads you can do, both in the importing of content, and in the uploading of images but this can be overcome by upgrading to the Pro Designrr edition.

Designrr has allowed us to improve the quality of our marketing and documentation and to continually bring new collateral in to the business.
A real bonus is the excellent support from the help team, they have the answers, they feed back very rapidly and then check in with you to see if you have solved the issue faced. So far I have received excellent support from both [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
Pros
The speed at which you can create a document in various formats is excellent and then create a flipbook almost immediately is really impressive.
Learning to use the software is really easy and the help guides are really useful especially if you are new to this type of software.
The creative use of the software can give you an immediate advantage.
Its very easy to save, edit, preview and distribute.
Cons
Integration in to the business was very easy and we use it very regularly.

You get what you pay for in the lifetime deals

To me it is a hit and miss relationship. It has some nice features to create ebooks and self-publish but their interface bugs can make the experience unpleasant.
Some people love it...others get annoyed.
Pros
I like the available conversion for kindle format and other digital book formats. The newly added 3D cover option is also useful (I'm not sure if this is available in the basic plan)
I like the drag and drop functionality and the ability to import from word documents.
The more convenient features are available in their agency plan which is an annual subscription but I don't see a need for it.
Cons
It's a little clunky at times. Frequently, I have to go read the html code in order to get it to do what I want to do.
It is sold as a plug and play type approach but I have found it frustrating at times when the user interface starts bugging out.
The feature to edit all similar elements or just the selected elements, can be buggy at times and sometimes the changes don't stick.
It has gotten better over time but I, sometimes, feel like it would be easier to just publish a pdf using MS Word.
Reasons for Switching to Designrr
They had a lifetime offer and their marketing video was well done. I was a little disappointed when I started using the product because it wasn't as fast to publish as the video suggested.- Industry: Arts & Crafts

As with everything learn a little about the software and how it works. Learn what it supposed to do and let it do it. When I realised this I have made it do wonderful things.
Pros
I like everything about this. There are many tutorials in the help section. You can join the Facebook group. If you are having problems someone else has had they direct to where you can find answers. If you still have questions or have unique problem support is there to help, Just Ask.
Learn how the software works and you will have a wonderful experience.
Cons
When I started I thought there were to many templates. I started to learn how they worked and figured which I liked it opened a world of options. There should be a "What this can do for you" as an introduction for those that are starting out. Maybe a "What this won't do" somewhere.

I love it! Will never be without it

I don't have to hire a graphic designer for covers, or have home-made looking covers for eBooks and reports. Designrr elevates everything I put out in print . It's like gift wrapping everything you send to your clients. I'm so proud to use it. I don't spend hours wondering how it will be received. The recipient knows right away the care you put into communicating with them with the level of documents you can create with this awesome software.
Pros
So easy to use. I love the 3D covers. Everything I put out is excellent and professional. I no longer send "just a PDF" as a report. It really gives you that professional edge that I believe puts you at the top of your profession when communicating with your clients and client offers.
Cons
There are no cons as far as I'm concerned. This software is just what we all need in this digital age.

Great E-book software but don't like paying monthly for the pleasure and don't like the way the affiliate system works.
Pros
I thought the lifetime license for creating E-Books was fantastic value at $27 and makes creating E-books very simple and easy.
Cons
I disliked that the lifetime license only allows you to create Free Ebooks to giveaway and you needed to upgrade to a monthly or annual payment to sell them, I also thought some of the pricing for the video transition was a tad expensive at $300 per month considering it is being done by software. I bought an AI software that costs me $29 per month and it allows me to create as many transcriptions from videos as I want for up to 30-minute videos.

I find it a joy to use. I am enjoying the learning process, working my way around all the functionalities and also the bonuses I keep finding inside the app. Thank you to the creators for keeping in mind new marketers, writers, startups, the price is an unbelievable $27 one-time lifetime fee. That is so generous. Thank you.
Pros
I love that I can Write, Edit, Format, and Even Publsh a book in 48 hours or less. The Price at $27 was a cherry on the cake. As a 6 time publisher, I wonder how I survived and wrote all those books without Designrr. I am also able to create lead magnets super fast, give aways, downloadables, eBooks... The Drag and Drop Design templates for all kinds of options like Images, Video, Text, etc is simply ease on speed. Even my non-techie mom would love it. Easy to use, lots of Templates on offer for the book covers, and I am able to format a book for Kindle Publishing THAT For me is a Time saver. I love the resource so far. Thank You.

Hmm if I am being picky, that I have to create the content off of designrr and pre-edit a lot of it pre-upload. As a writer and tech geek myself, I don't consider this a con at all though. But I guess a new non-techie user might.

Great for getting started with pdf creation

For more simple ebook creation, this has worked out well for us. We can create a quick lead magnet and choose an ebook cover image to get the magnet launched quickly on our website. Creating a higher quality ebook would probably require a more experienced designer or different software.
Pros
I wanted an easy to create ebooks for my website and for clients' websites. It imports your blog posts for you and gets you started with ebook creation.
Cons
It is somewhat limited on design capabilities. While we could easily import content, sometimes it imported too much and we had to clear everything out and start over. Complex layouts can be difficult, so we ended up switching to other software for more complicated projects.

Best for converting Blogs into well designed pdf’s .Good option if you have new text to create pdf but don’t want to spend much time in designing the pdf.The pdf’s look professionally developed but take much lesser time as compared to designing pdf in canva may take.Can embed video or CTA links in the ebook.
Cons
Has a bit of learning curve to get a grasp of their design UI.Many features like merge multiple drafts, import from pdf, kindle epub export option is only available for premium users which is another level above basic level paid users.The pdf developed are recommended for digital viewing only and not for print purposes.

You can create a professional looking ebook for $29

I have created the ebook that I wanted, and it has only cost me $29. And I will use Designrr again and again. So it has ended up being great value for me.
Pros
So the $29 version is the basic version and you get lifetime access for that. But that version does everything you need to create a professional looking ebook. The price jumps up to $39 per month for the pro version, but there was nothing that I needed which wasn't included in the basic version. You can create a very good looking ebook.
Cons
There is definitely a learning curve and you have to stick with it through a bit of frustration. I did give up once actually as I was finding it a bit complicated, but then I went back to it, paid attention to a few of the tutorials and it all started to make sense. It was worth sticking with it.

Providing pricing catalogs with this is quite nice. E-books, and white papers, such a blast.
Pros
This is a no brainer after you get to taste the impact of that flipbook in your customers. The ease of implementation on a website, just remarkable.
They gave a lot of thought on the editor design and luckily, in case they failed about thinking of some solution, you still have access to the html editor which it will most likely accept any piece of problem solver there.
Pretty accessible, even in these times.
Cons
Although very effective, the editor could improved a lil bit more. Sometimes I find myself struggling why some changes are not taking in place, specially when working with the tables.
You could also allow having more than 2 background colors for each column of the table. Let's say you want to make a pricing list formatted as a column matrix and you are offering different plans to your customers. It would be nice to being able of selecting a color per each column.
The flipbook is amazing, but I don't see to find myself quite pleased with the size of the book when rendered. It does have a zoom button, yet I would prefer the flipbook to occupy the whole screen (width and height as well) in that way it would really give a feeling that you are reading a book. Like, regardless of the paper size, the flipbook is rendered in such a way that the page takes the whole screen.

Excellent Software with Room for Improvement

I love it. It is relatively easy to learn at the same time as being a viable skill. Once you have one book out there, it gives you the confidence to get out there and at least, e-publish. You start to see its power and that in turn gets your creative juices going. The support team are superb! The marketing/upselling is dishonourable.
Pros
The templates and interpretation of documents is really good. I didn't realised until I uploaded it to Kindle that Kindle takes over the pagination. So it's software that speaks to other software quite comprehensively.
Cons
1.It is not a Lego like or as intuitive as the ad campaigns would have you believe. Mind, you anything worthwhile is worth learning and it is certainly relatively easy to master. It will make you indispensable if you're the only one in the office that can knock an ebook or an ezine together. 2. The videos are good but not idiot-proof, and they DO need to be idiot-proof. One might be proficient in other arenas, but nobody who is serious will mind being baby stepped through new software. That said, where that fails and where one's intellectual deficit is an issue, the support teams are top-notch! 3. Kindle doesn't like your covers, it wants covers done slightly differently - that is frustrating. 4. It sold to you in tiers. I don't like that. Quote me the biggest price up front for whatever level of capability and I'll pay - happily. Don't up-sell me seconds seconds after I have made a purchase. I don't care how effective a sales technique it is, it ain't just about your profits, it's about customer satisfaction too.

I really try to use it (I already pay for it). But every tiome I try to make a professional-looking document. I prefer to switch to Microsoft Word.
Pros
The most useful feature is to import blog pages. Just put the URL and the program can import the contents to an editable document.
Another useful feature is when you can choose the style of yoiur document with different covers, colors, fonts, etc.
Cons
It is really hard to get a professional look. Most of the times you end with a boring, dull looking document.
And the online editor is very bad. Working with paragraphs is hard, you could do a better and easiest work with Microsoft Word.

Frustrating at first and then switching to absolute delight and desire to keep on using it.
Pros
What works for me is that I can prepare my document in WORD and then upload it to Designrr to give it a very polished and professional look.
Cons
I struggled at first with doing basic things such as moving paragraphs up and down a page or I ended up with a double set of Table of Contents. I got very frustrated as I'm not a techie and mature in years. Customer Service helped me a lot and when they suggested a 30 minute session with one of the trainers, I jumped at the chance. That set me on the road and a few simple tweaks helped to fine tune my e-book. The secret - get it right in WORD first.

Designerr Came Out Tops

Overall, I'm please with the ease of use and finished results I'm getting even though I'm not on the highest plan. I like that they always announce the new improvements and make a video to watch on the facebook page so you can try any new additions straight away.
Pros
I loved the fact that it was easy to learn how to use the tools provided and used step by step guidance where needed.
I was always able to find the answer to any questions and Pop up Help was quick and easy too. My friends were amazed at how professional my e-Books look.
Cons
Sometimes I forgot to switch off the tog when changing something like a Header and later realised it had change all the other pages Headers too when I didn't want it to.

Simple but Effective

I'm very satisfied with Designrr software. It makes our online marketing materials and training booklets look very professionally produced but with the ease of a well-structured piece of software that is simple to use.
Pros
The user interface is well designed and easy to use
The ability to output the book design as a flipbook is excellent. It looks cutting edge but is really simple to achieve.
I like the fact that the software can create a table of contents so that users can easily find what they are looking for.
Cons
I would like more ability to place images into the design of the book and wrap text around it appropriately. This may be more down to my lack of experience since I have only been using the software for a couple of weeks.

From PDF to Flip

I would say I find the best software I've been looking for years and question that no one here at my place can tell or explain how.
Pros
Flipbook, because I'm a new user for about a month and find flip book very impressive and decided to use Designrr and the price is so good. However; I haven't decided yet whether to upgrade or not because I cannot afford the monthly pay, but as soon as I know more how to use it I might change my mind then.
Cons
Recently i enjoy from PDF to flip, but what I don't know clearly is an import from Ms.word as i'm not sure yet how to use. I believe I will enjoy using it later on.

What a treat

I was skeptical that the tool could work as well as it does. The reality is this content design tool works even better than it is described and is not a valuable part of my toolkit for content deployment.
Pros
I like the ease of getting started and having a product in a very short time. But what is even better is that you have a super large variety of options and if you can put in a little more time you can produce extraordinary content even if you are not a designer at heart.
Cons
I would love the transcription included at a lower level for basic use.

I love it but the editor could be more user-intuitive.
Pros
For a non-designer it allows me to create nicely designed content, which is a gift and the ability to copy and paste a web URL into a page is magic.
Cons
The interface when writing text is quite difficult with different boxes appearing each time you move and no ability to create page breaks so inserting a page above other pages causes all sorts of problems. And no ability to move text around easily.

Super quick and easy to work with. I just saw the video once and I totally got the nail.
Pros
Affordable based on our needs. I received many requests from my costumers to make a flipbook version of our Catalog, instead of printed versions or just PDF version. We research and I found that this software is excelent to fit our once a year need of this software. Thank you.
Cons
The superbasic version of software we have. Of course it fulfill our needs but what if we would like to start experimenting new design options? Can we try temporarily, more features of upgraded versions, so to consider upgrading definitely?

I have found that with Designrr software I can quickly produce incredible ebooks, PDF's and flipbooks that are very professional looking. I have tried other software but nothing I have tried compares to the ease of use and quality that Designrr provides.

It was good. One suggestion - you have a great product, so really don't need that hard sell stuff you are doing. Honestly, I didn't even read all the other offers you made when I signed up. Those offers and all that text was really annoying. I knew ahead of time that you did that, and so I just skipped it and went straight to the entry offer. You really don't need all that gobbledy gook, seriously people. That is a complete turn off. I may at some point upgrade. Because I really like your product, but tone down the upsell. Please. If I hadn't known what I wanted beforehand, I probably wouldn't have purchased. Nobody wants to read pages and pages of text.

This program is very easy to use. The entry level price was just right.

A brilliant package and one that will be incorporated into my weekly/monthly workload.
Pros
I was blown away by how easy it was to create a document from the work I had already done...a quick upload and there it was ready to share with ease!
Cons
As yet it is early days and I haven't come across anything I will like to improve on but the lines of communication have been so good I know that someone is always available to hear me out should this change in the future.
I guess I wish I'd found you sooner!
