System.io is a well-designed software for affiliate marketing, thanks to it we can create sales tunnels, sales page, thank you page, management of trainings and online courses, management of emails and those, without having much knowledge and experience in the field because the tool has provided us with very special features that help us to do all this, it also has a very easy interface even beginners will be able to use it very easily.

System.io works fine, at the beginning there was a little bug to connect my domain name, it took me some time to connect it. I think they need to improve because it's annoying.

The first and obvious pro for Systeme.io is the low cost then we have the all-in-one feature for marketing/sales/funnels.

This would make it possible for someone to start their business on a shoe string budget and as they grow they can upgrade to higher plans and apply customizations like using their preferred domain, white labeling.

This also removes the possibility of having compatibility issues and reduces the need to do maintenance like updating plugins or applying required optimization.

For me my requirements were a blog, ecommerce, funnels, landing pages, email list, online courses so this was welcomed when I realized I could reduce the starting cost for my business.

If someone does not have background to using blogging/ecommerce, funnels, landing pages and do not understand mass mailing there may be a learning curve.

Also if someone tries to compare with other solutions that focus on specific features within Systeme.io's all-in-one system they may see what appears to be a problem but I believe this would just be once preference but have nothing to do with Systeme.io achieving the results.

Send too many hype marketing emails by owners/admins to free users to get high ticket products at the backend so they offer free versions. that not mean it is always free. They take your email and send too many emails.

the easy drag n drop option, customized templates made creating landing pages for my marketing campaigns very easy despite my limited scope. also the campaign automations on the free plan was a rare gift. literally, ran a bunch of campaigns for almost nothing.

most of the landing page templates look obsolete compared to GetResponse. i mostly have to clear and build sales pages from scratch. a little upgrade would be nice on that part

Huge amount of templates to select from. Easy to set up new funnels albeit after time spent watching/reading tutorials. Domain integration was straight forward. The annual price is so good for what you get especially when you compare the market alternatives. I honestly saved a packet by switching from Kajabi to Systeme with a minimal reduction in features. Their customer service is really good from my experience. Any issues I've had, I've received a detailed email with screenshots and url's for help me docs. Their YouTube channel is also pretty good. Overall, I'm well impressed.

(i) There really needs to be a System app (IOS/Android/Web). The desktop version on mobile isn't effective. It works, but not a great user experience.
(ii) Drop down menus from the options in a header are bog standard options yet atm, there is none in Systeme.
(iii) Certain features have tripped me up - but I think it's more of a 'new-user' issues than a platform issue if I'm honest. But that is the same with any new software users try.
(iv) Integrations with Canva & Publer would be super.

What I like most about Systeme.io is that it includes almost all the core functions needed for online sales and marketing, as well as delivery of online training.

If possible I would really like the ability to interface with the API for shipping companies and tax calculation companies. It's reasonably straightforward to collect this data real time using zapier. But it would be better if it connected directly the way wordpress/woocommerce does.

The ease of use and value for your $$, especially for someone that knew nothing about website/funnel building, email marketing etc.
However, what I really like most is that most functions are duplicatable within systeme, we have a few peeps on our team and it was easy as 1,2,3 to share funnels and landing pages, and that it is really an all-in-one platform. No need to jump between different service providers for the functionality and marketing of one's small business. The free version is great for someone just starting out when the budget is tight.

Would like to have a feature where you set the fonts once and it will pull through to all pages as you create them, the same with branding colors. At the moment I need to set the font and brand colors for each and every little thing I design on my site. A website widget that you can add and works like a sticky at the top of one's page that just moves now and again to remind of a sale/discount/or even to subscribe for a freebie etc instead of having to use pop-ups(i find pop-ups to be the most irritating thing ever about any website I visit and sometimes they are so big that it closes the whole mobile screen.

The price & all-in-one aspect is what attracted me to use this instead of Kartra. I like that it is simple. I like that it has affiliate opportunities, a marketplace, and great CS so far! I am new!

It is still missing a few things that would make it TRULY all-in-one, like a calendar and surveys/quizzes for customers in memberships or for potential clients to apply for programs.

I currently use Circle for memberships- if systeme integrated some of their features, I'd switch that over too! (i.e. live chats within the membership, more organization features like spaces and groups instead of just topics. Also, the ability to integrate/embed videos & files within posts in the communities.

Setting up funnels and landing pages is ridiculously quick! The integrated email marketing is also intuitive and easy to configure

2 major issues:
- Inability to customise automated emails
- Uploading videos is not as seamless as other platforms.

This all-in-one marketing software is by far the best and easiest solution to funnel building and email management around for the online marketer today.

The builder could use a bit more functions, but they have kept it simple for the learning curve and ease of use for newbies. Everything one needs to get a business up and running.

Would be helpful to have access to some media (pics, videos, etc.) that are royalty free from within the builder. This is not difficult to overcome with other sites available to provide these resources, but it would be helpful to have access to these from within systeme.io

I like everything about it, the email marketing campaign, the blog, the drag and drop builder. I have been using it on daily basis. It is so easy to use that I finally started a blog that I always wanted to create. I love how amazing its features are and how affordable it is. I enjoy introducing this product to others because I am confident that it can provide them with all they need.

I hope that systeme io can add some button animation to their button. It will definitely make the button more noticeable for the page visitors and hence increase the opt-in rate.

I like that is one multipurpose tool in one place. The no 1 reason is speed!

Because I have not seen something that competes with quality, price, and assistance. From where I see it they focus their attention on create a tool that really focus on the online entrepreneur achive their goals. Not shinny things.

The customer service at Systeme.io is superior! They check to make sure everyone is sending quality emails. When the check they are very profession and courteous.

I highly recommend System.io for an all-in-one marketing platform.

It is not as intuitive to use as other popular platforms, but all my messages
in Systeme.io get delivered to the inbox and not spam. So really that makes up for the platform ease of use. Plus it's easy to figure out after playing around with it.

It can get a bit complicated to set up your funnels and email campaigns up, however, there are sufficient tutorials in their support system to guide you.
There aren't many templates to choose from, however, there are enough to do the job.

This software replaces everything you would use in more expensive systems like Kartra, Click Funnels and Kajabi and at a fraction of the price. Plus it has an affiliate program for any courses you wish to offer outside of your own databases.

Happy with everything so far. I don't think anything needs changing.

Speed, Speed , Speed!

The website/funnel editor is fast to load, easy to navigate and quick to save any changes. Integration with payment gateways was as simple as entering in an email address!

Setting up email campaigns and newsletters is pretty straight forward and quick to load and save.

There is no sitting around waiting for pages to save.

Setting up custom domains is probably the most tricky task I have had to complete. Being aware of what information needs to be copied to the DNS records can cause a little frustration.

Systeme.io is a perfect platform for an online therapy business because the business owner can be in charge without getting overwhelmed by the technology. I'm working on coaching other therapists how to be online entrepreneurs at The Telepractice Way. The tech stack that I'm teaching people to use has Systeme.io as the core piece of software. It replaces tons of other frustrating programs and apps which don't integrate.

As a Canadian therapist who is coaching other professionals, I think the training vidoes show the HOW, but people who are new to being online entrepreneurs won't understand the WHAT and WHY. They might be able to build with Systeme.io, but not understand the big picture of what is specifically needed for an online therapy business. It is a massively powerful platform, yet it looks simple. It's like giving car keys to a five year old.

The fact that I no longer need to worry about Wordpress and zillions of plugins I'll have to install to get the individual features I ned - each costing anything form $50 to $1,000 monthly/yearly.

I now get all these features for the price of one in Systeme - how crazy?

Well, that's not all. The fact that I no longer have to pay $100 monthly to Getrespone for just email marketing is crazyyyyy too.

1. Well, I'd say the fact that the Automation Workflow setup page is not too fresh yet. Idk how to explain perfectly but when your workflow is a very long one, it just gets chaotic in that page. It'd be great if the Automation is Getresponse-like.

Apart from this, I can't remember any other con right now.

The sites design is pretty intuitive and the builder is really slick once you get the hang of it.

Not sure I would even say least here but a few items took a little more to get ahold of. The deeper working for example, automation setups and popups but these are learning curve items that are now sorted and working great.

The price is crazy good.
The affiliate tracking and management is automated, i.e. the payout gets done for me once a sale is made.
The course lessons are customizable versus other tools where you're boxed in to what they give you.
The share funnel/elements/section functionality is the best I've seen.

The only thing I wasn't a fan of is the fact that I can't connect button to a file as part of a course lesson, I have to specifically hyperlink text - but not possible with a button.
Minor thing that isn't a huge deal would be nice if improved.
Overally, I'm struggling to find something I don't like about it, but as I play with it more there might be some things and I'll be sure to write about them to their support team and document these in a blog on my website EranBucai.com or my YouTube channel in order to help people find workarounds for any challenges that I may find.

"Free plan with all features". this is helped me when i was started my business. It will allow up to 2000 subscribers for free

When it comes to marketing automation, it will be good if systeme.io provides text messages . it will be effective when we run promo, deals, coupon codes, and webinar alerts.

The funnel builder is super smooth (compared to my previous experience with other SAAS all-in-one platforms). It makes the building process fast and has no distractions.

I really hope that it can have native integration with Moosend. The current integration with ActiveCampaign is not really helpful as I am not using it and I believed most Systeme users did not use ActiveCampaign.

Beginners will love this: The platform was created with the goal of making it as simple as possible for anybody, regardless of technical background, to utilize all of its features.

Everything is integrated into a single platform, making it simpler for you to get the job done.

There are so many options on the site that it might be confusing for newcomers, but on the other hand, it can also be a benefit in disguise.

Systeme has saved me days of work. It is set up beautifully, easy to understand, and the finished
product whether its a landing page or it is a course result in professional and efficient products.

So far there are two suggestions and I have written the company about these.
1. PDF's are seen by clicking a link. I would rather have my users be able to see them
on pages directly.
2. With funnels , I wish that the URL was more like jgsmedia.systeme.io
then the way it is , which is my account , then systeme , and lastly my product.
