Wamly saves our executive team valuable time! We are able to get through candidate screening more effective and efficiently.

The software is improving and evolving. The mobile experience was clunky in the past, but had a major refresh recently.

I really like that I get a better sense of who these candidates are based on their video responses to questions. Before using Wamly I would think someone looked great (based on their CV) but in-person I would be disappointed. Wamly 100% solves this problem for me.

I would like to be able to stay on one question and cycle through answers from each candidate. I also think candidates need more help or training to record better video interviews, some of their recordings were really disappointing (even though this isn't a direct fault of Wamly).

This software enables me to review candidates at a time that is convenient to me during my busy schedule. I can for example half-way through a review, get interrupted by other work and later continue where I last left off. Something that was not possible with a live interview.

Not the software's fault, but unfortunately you need to structure your questions in such a way that the candidate would have no ambiguity about what you are asking because the candidate cannot ask a question back or confirm his/her understanding about the question/task.

Wamly is user friendly, its not intimidating to new users.

There is alot of improvements, I didnt like that it didnt delete previous interviews. I always struggle to find the latest interviews. Its easy to use but Not user friendly. I want to play around with questions

The deleting and adding of candidates can take time. I have had to do it multiple times before the changes was affected.

How it made the interviewing / selection process easier.

It would be helpful if there was more templates to work from. Filters to navigate the system would also be helpful

Wamly is super easy to use and took our hiring process from 3 months to a week. We eventually started giving up CVs and are now just screening candidates through Wamly by using their great filtering tools. What I also really enjoy about Wamly is the very comprehensive rating system where users can give input without seeing comments from other users.

When I started using it, there were a couple of features that I wished it had but it has since all been included - the Wamly team is really listening to their customers.

Great to have free option to start with for startups with sporadic, limited hiring needs. Interface is decent.

Some UX flow does not perform as well. The interface looks slightly distorted on smaller laptops.

It save a lot of time if there is numerous applications for one position.

I think it is overall a good programme and i do not have any complaints
