We can track the missed call back leads by setting reminders and we easily track the sales closure each and every day where the leads stage is day by day. And obviously good customer support makes me to use very easily.

The onboarding process in virtual. We would have preferred if they would have come onsite for installation

Deal management in Kylas is good and contacts can be attached there. Dashboard is very useful for performance evaluations and for generating all kinds of sales reports.

Cons

Overall the CRM is good, but there will be few glitches at times and options doesn't work at the moment again after reaching out to the support it will work fine.

We have chose Kylas over those products is we are aware of Zoho before and we felt few operations specific to sales are not present in it and Zendesk is good but it is very expensive.
