Pros
Would not be fair to list any favourite features down at the moment, as we're using the software in a "demo format" and not live for the entire office. But at the moment, figuring out and navigating through the software on mobile and desktop have been easy.

Hot-desk booking. We use this function on a daily basis to book a seat for ourselves.
Cons
Some functions can be further improved and customized to client's requirement. UX/UI needs improvement.

Pros
Manager can see the rostering of employees. Also restrict the access to employees for rostering and set manager driven approach. Help in both the setup hybride working & working from office.

Not customizable as per client need for ease of use.

It helped keep track of our office space being used during the pandemic. The portal and application was easy to use for employees. The customer support team and engineers are very knowledgable.

Absolutely love the product. Easy to use, super intuitive, very consumer friendly. Makes coming to work and planning WFH/WFO days with my team ten times easier. Especially useful for room and meeting room booking! Before this, all our meeting rooms were constantly booked and it was a nightmare to get one even with so many unoccupied. Their tech makes everything 10c more efficient and productive. Highly recommend.

I am really satisfied with the product itself, the onboarding process, response time of the support team and invoicing as well.

Only issue with the feature that system doesn't send reminder x minute before auto releasing the booking
