Clearoom magically saves my time in scheduling and i have best experience after using clearoom as i am able to easily schedule of my all room booking at single dashboard without any difficulties.

Pros

Clearoom support me in my work by easily scheduling room, check available floor plan and i love its unique feature of Optional health questionnaire prior to booking.

Cons

Clearooms never disappoint me with its service and i have no dislike about it so far.

Clearooms is very easy to operate and its multi functional tools for desk booking and room meeting booking is superb and helps a lot in time saving .

Pros

Room Configuration setting feature is best and helps a lot in setting room for meeting and also it helps cater the efficiency of desk booking , and allows to explore the convenience of meeting rooms.

Cons

talking in prices plan , clearoom lacks behind as it is little bit expensive and even they have no trial plan in it for testing.

Clearooms has provide easy desk booking and it also helps in easy scheduling and with time it helps in generating report for insight into how mu space is used so that in future i can optimise layout.

Pros

Clearooms makes it so easy to see whats booked and whats free with its interactive floor plans , also it provides scheduling within a minute with assigning group of desks to team members to easily collaborate.

Cons

Shared desk can be concern of hygiene and cleanliness , and its really time consuming in searching suitable workspace each day.

The real time monitoring feature of software in which software provides real-time data collection in monitorings helps a lot in management.

Overall the software provided a positive experience to me especially for straightforward and efficient way to manage meetings.

Pros

There are 2 pros of clearooms that i feel to mention here.
1. It's user friendly interface makes it easy for me to navigate and book desks or meeting room.
2. Integration feature help me to integrate clearoom with google Calendar which also helps me to schedule my whole day efficiently.

Cons

The only con i felt about the software is its limited customisation options compared to other similar organizations.

A great solution to desk-booking following the shift to hybrid working.

We had a small issue at the start during a trial . relating to compatibility with older browsers....

We had a small issue at the start during a trial . relating to compatibility with older browsers. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was quick to respond and assist and we overcame this issue quickly and easily.

The support we have received has been very useful and prompt. Clearooms were able to tell us how to set the system up, which was quick and easy, and this has made hot-desk booking simple.

Pros

The desk-booking aspect is what we primarily use. It is very user friendly as it shows the user an interactive floor plan where they can see exactly which desk they would like to book. As an IT technician, the ability to add filters to desks is critical. It means that we can set desks up with different IT equipment. The users can then see what each desk has, thus they are able to determine which desks will be compatible/most suited for them.

The rooms can also be edited very easily which makes it ideal on the go, as we can update the floor plan and filters (equipment) on the go.

Finally, the ability to use the software on mobile devices is superb. Users can book desks without the need of a desktop/laptop by using the Clearooms app.

Cons

So far, the only issue we have encountered was the incompatibility with older versions of Microsoft Edge. However, this was easy to resolve by supplying our users with other browsers or updating their Microsoft Edge to the latest version.

Overall we are extremely happy with Clearooms. As the country came out of lockdown, we needed a solution that would allow us to manage office attendance and give users the ability to easily manage their own desk bookings on the go, and Clearooms has been perfect for that.

Pros

It was incredibly easy to set up and easy for our users to get-to-grips with. The mobile app is also incredibly useful when it comes to managing your bookings on the go.

Cons

The list displaying who else is in the office on the date you've selected would be easier to use if names were listed A-Z. I have logged this suggestion with the team.

Reasons for Switching to Clearooms

The other solutions were often more expensive as they came with additional features that we would never make use of. Clearooms gave us exactly what we needed.

Clearooms is simple for staff to use for booking hotdesks. It’s quick to find and book desks and the repeat booking option is handy. It fixes the problem of arriving and finding no desk available.

Pros

Clearooms makes it easy to see and book seats. It’s simple to use, meets our security needs, and helps manage hybrid work by showing where people are and letting you book accordingly.

Cons

I don’t have anything else to mention, but the dropdown menus are a bit confusing to use.

Very easy and quick set up. We get great support from the staff at Clearooms. It is very intuitive and easy to use for those administrating and using.

Pros

Clearooms was simple to set up and train our employees on.
All the employees bought into it and manage it themselves now.
We have had an office move and changed to a new floor plan which was very easy to change.
I liked the cost per desk structure as a pose to cost per user. This seems more sensible pricing.

Cons

There isn't anything I don't like - clearooms is excellent

On occasions we seem to have a lack of sync between our Teams addin, mobile app and the web app.

As we transitioned over to a hot desk system it makes it easy for staff to see what desks are available at what locations along with what equipment is on a particular desk. The reporting is also a great feature when assessing ocupancy take up.

The product is so easy to use even a child could operate it.
