I think the admin interface could use a facelift, I've found myself sometimes clicking too many tabs to find what I'm looking for.

Its very quick to setup and integrate into TEAMS

One more learning curve, there are a lot of features to acquaint yourself with. This is unavoidable with new software so its not particular to Teamflect - the dashboard is very intuitive and they are super responsive in terms of training and help.

Often times employees feel like a number but with Teamflect we can recognize our colleagues easily as a shout out to great work done.

The licensing model is a little confusing as I’m a member of a department and I don’t know if I have a license to use or not???

It's a Teamflect app and lives right where the work happens most.

Sometimes a hassle with weird bugs. Also sometimes a lot needs to be entered i.e. with goals.

I would prefer if Teamflect automatically opened during meetings instead of having to add it each time.

Since it is under constant development, I'm sure the issues will be addressed.

Its a user friendly app and easy to use. The interactions amongst people are far better than expected on this platform. I simply love the one on one interactions on this platform.

It is directly integrated into Microsoft Teams so very easy to get access too.

It can sometimes be slow due to integration with Microsoft Teams. It does not have a native mobile app.

I really like the goal and annual review features. I also like the recognition feature as well. I also like that I can keep running meeting notes that are both shared and not shared that I can refer back to.

I don't like that when my annual review was conducted, my supervisor shared their screen, and I was able to see who provided what 360-feedback by mistake. With so many people being virtual, I feel like this is going to be a common occurrence. Maybe a "presentation mode" option should be added so that the presenters screen can be shared without revealing who provided the anonymous feedback. I could see this being a huge issue in some cases.

Teamflect is easy to track task, meeting, and review. The Dashboard feature is very intuitive. I am using the Teamflect this month and I am loving it.
