This helps us to accurately screen the aptitude of the candidates for the requests we receive from our clients.

> **Pros**: I was drawn to Testlify based on the pricing model, making it easier and cheaper to run assessments for candidates.

> **Cons**: After testing multiple qualified candidates with years of experience in their respective fields, I noticed that the test scores were coming back quite low and did not make sense. I gave several tests to myself and noticed that the tests were riddled with grammatical, design, and linguistic errors. Some of the questions were not questions at all, but a random sentence with four options to choose from. I took screenshots and shared them with support, requesting a refund (which was granted). After the refund was granted I received a kind email from the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], who asked me to retake the tests after they were looked at and corrected. Having qualified candidates take these tests was a complete embarrassment to my business. I would avoid this product at all costs.

Furthermore, it gives us a more accurate representation of any potential hire's actual abilities in a professional manner that goes beyond reviewing a vast amount of resumes.
