It has been a great experience being the Receptionist it has made my job much easier then to writing down all the information.

Pros

It is a fast and easy way to check in visitors and employees to our nursing home. I also like they fact I can download and print a spreadsheet to see all the people that signed in.

Cons

It's suppose to remember your face so the next time you come in it is faster process however sometimes I see they ask employees and visitors to re re-register.

This system has provided valuable information for data gathering, security assurance, and necessary screening. We have found great value and time-savings in our facility and highly recommend at every opportunity

Pros

Ability for the facility to make changes in the screening based on current needs and with regulatory changes. Once the initial check-in is completed, facial recognition is very helpful and makes check-ins quick and seamless for most individuals

Cons

Report that is sent is extensive and difficult to navigate when attempting to complete audits of particular categories

Overall, this is a great and very welcome tool that most people respond positively to using. It is quick and easy to use and allows us to easily identify visitors in the building and of course do the necessary reporting required for our business

Pros

I think that the kiosk is a great tool. I love that it recognizes people after the initial registration and that it includes their picture on the badges. It's so cute how it says Goodbye to the person when they check out. We had some dangerous people who were coming in to visit a resident and I was able to go into Advanced Entry and print out pictures of them to post around the building

Cons

The first thing I would change is the message that says "Thank you for Registering" after the name and phone number are entered. This is extremely misleading and I am constantly saying "you're not done keep going until a badge pops out" because, in seeing that message, people naturally think they are done. I would move that message to the end

Overall, Advanced Entry has greatly improved the efficiency of check ins and has increased productivity for the administrative assistants.

Pros

I like that Advanced Entry has taken the burden of manually checking in each employee and visitor off of the receptionist. It is easy to use and most people are able to check themselves in and out without assistance.

Cons

I wish there was more flexibility with the screen itself. Sometimes, if someone is too tall or short, it is hard for them to position themselves within range of the screen.

Setup and customization of screen prompts were very easy and quick.

Cons

Certain updates have caused prompts to stop working but have been fixed with later updates. No complaints at this time.

Very easy to use. Staff and resident like it because it only takes seconds to gain access to entry.

Cons

We have to reboot the machines a few times a week if we have Internet connectivity issues.

Older users have trouble with reading the on-screen text and understanding how to use a touch screen device/keyboard

Advance Entry is very easy to use. When we first got the system it was very easy to explain to all employees and visitors. Everyone likes the system.

The internet connection goes out easily in our area. So sometimes it is hard to use.
