Reliable Fraud Protection

Nethone's cybersecurity system takes a holistic approach to fraud prevention and makes implementing their solutions easy for programmers thanks to powerful APIs and comprehensive documentation.

Cons

We identified two types of fraud attacks - identity theft and investment fraud. We required a solution to decrease fraud rates and ensure a fast and frictionless user experience. We are always on the lookout for innovative antifraud solutions, so we were looking for a company that would provide an effective rules-based system that could outperform the other fraud prevention systems available on the market. We were also looking for providing real-time configuration help, a partner interested in understanding and solving real problem faced by Wonga, a partner willing to provide a tailored made fraud detection/prevention rule, communicating quickly and efficiently to all necessary requests. And we found it all in Nethone. After successful POC we decided to continue our cooperation.

Pros

Nethone detected numerous technical anomalies and suspicious behavioral patterns indicative of potential fraud. After analyzing data in real-time, they confirm with a median response time of 508ms if a user is genuine or a potential fraudster (the website loading time is unaffected and Nethone doesn't impact the customer UX). Also, they offer an easy to navigate user interface presented for the user to understand, analyse and identify fraud trends.

Cons

We didn't find anything to complain about that is why we decided to establish long-term cooperation after verifying the performance of our rules engine.

Great Experience with Nethone

Pros

Although we have just started using Nethone's software we can already say that their software protected us on a fraud attack by blocking a lot of fraudulent traffic. The integration process was easy and we managed to implement it on a couple of days! Plus, Nethone's customer support team is excellent. We are very happy with the overall service!

Cons

We feel a bit lost when it comes to apply new rules because we don't know if we will be rejecting lots of traffic or not. However, I believe this happens because we are still at the very beginning and everything is new!

Pros

We love to understand the behaviors of our users on the site, it helps us to capture fraud patterns and also to work on new usability solutions.

Cons

In the beginning, it was difficult to start the implementation, but later the communication flowed very well. However, this issue initially impacted the integration somewhat and perhaps the initial results.

Pros

Nethone's innovative anti-fraud system is a priority for all companies operating in the online space. The solution adapts quickly in different geographies and risky sectors while restoring loyalty and trust among end-users. We have great feedback from our clients, especially regarding their customer support team.
