Probably the best option for automated payouts/payins in Canada
Reviewed on 2019/07/23
Pros
Fairly low fees and works as intended most of the time. One of the only functional EFT debit systems in Canada that you can integrate into your app.
Cons
Can get very clunky and transactions often fail for no apparent reason. The API is quite substandard as well.

It is a Fraud Company
Reviewed on 2024/01/31
Pros
Nothing to like about for this fraud company
Cons
It is a fruad company. I applied for their services and they asked for a setup fee of Rs. 5000/- to be paid first to move forward. They asked me documents and some vendor invoices and I provided them all. They asked for sign and stamp on vendor invoices I got that done. They asked for certificates for a product, I stopped selling that product and removed it from my website. Still they are saying sign on vendor invoices is pending when I have already sent them signed and stamped invoices. I finally asked for refund of my amount and they stopped picking up my calls, reply to our mails and messages. I finally gave them a warning and they ignored it. Don't waste your time and money on this company. They provide lower commission on some payment methods but its a trap don't fall into it.
Response from Worldline
Hello Tushar,
Thank you for your review, however, we believe you may have Worldline North America confused with another company as we do not have any correspondence on file with your contact details, and our start-up fee is only approximately $50. We also only have partners in the United States and Canada. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected], and we will be happy to speak with you further.
Sincerely,
Worldline

Good payment processing gateway
Reviewed on 2023/05/31
Pros
Bambora/ Worldline does the features I need the most at a competitive rate. I'm able to export reports which is enough for my accounting purposes.
Cons
Documentation can be improved. Integration with other softwares are limited. Worldline should implement something similar to Stripe Radar for more fraud detection and chargeback protection.

Great for a decent price!
Reviewed on 2023/05/26
Pros
The fees charged are lower compared to Stripe, and the integration process was straightforward.
Cons
I have no complaints at the moment. However, if I were to make a suggestion, it would be to implement an automated email system for my monthly batch report. Currently, I have to access the system and manually check the monthly totals. It would be highly beneficial to receive the report instantly via email at the end of each month.

there are just better tools in the market for payment integrations, sadly bambora isn't one of them
Pros
We've got the free trial of Bambora so we can showcase it to a customer (as they were considering it) alongside Magento and other product in the techstack and a full presentation.
Overall it wasn't too hard to integrate as a POC with the payment API
Cons
the product is really lacking and clunky compared with the other options in the market. the software itself wasn't so user friendly and support... well that was the biggest downside that we've decided to skip this integration and suggest a different platform to the customer for the POC, as it took a while for the support to get back to us.

Avoid at all costs
Reviewed on 2019/03/13
Pros
Easy to on-board and integrate as our payment solution. Also reasonable rates.
Cons
Customer service is super helpful during the on boarding process, but does a complete 180 when dealing with any problems and submit any tickets later on. Also, they become a nightmare to deal with when trying to leave. Stay away at all costs!

Great value for money
Reviewed on 2018/02/16
Pros
All costs are monthly and fixed-per transaction, meaning costs are quite manageable. Feature set is rich for what you pay.
Cons
Software and API isn't the most up-to-date. Software can be a little clunky, albeit it's probably the most useful AR tool in the industry today.

Perfect for processing credit cards
Reviewed on 2018/04/25
Pros
We use this program as our credit card gateway. We are very pleased with the service and the program is very users friendly. I am able to generate reports for our accounting department to balance the books.
Cons
I don't have any negatives to day. If I would want to change something, I would like an automatic email for my monthly batch report. I have to go into the system and see the monthly totals manually. It would be great to receive that instantly, at the end of the month.
