Overall, we're very happy with our experience. There was a little bit of a learning curve for us, but once we understood how the system was working we've really enjoyed using it.
Pros
What I really like about Intuiflow is how much it has sped up our purchasing decisions. We used to have weekly meetings with 5-6 people that lasted at least 2 hours and took a ton of prep work from our purchasing manager. Now, those meetings are down to just two people and only about 30 minutes! We handle over 500 SKUs, and decisions are happening way more confidently than before. Intuiflow gives us four key data points on each product that really help our decision-making.
Cons
I can't say there's much I dislike about Intuiflow, but I really wish it had better forecasting capabilities. Right now, we rely on a third-party forecasting tool and then import those forecasts into Intuiflow. It would be awesome if everything was integrated into a single system!

Nice experience, regular updates. I'm enjoying Intuiflow and I believe it's helping our supply chain to be more resilient in a volatile environment.
Pros
The easy to use interface of planification, with color-based symbols to help the decision making process. I don't have to focus on every product, I can see right away which one are the ones needing attention. There is also a great deal of flexibility in the system.
Cons
Sometimes it's not so easy to build a model the exact way I want, I have to find the rights parameters and tweak them to reflect the correct behavior of a product.

Overall has been terrific long term sustainable tool. It was pretty painful to implement as we had to figure out so much of it. I would do it again, and I recommend it to every materials person I meet.
Pros
Daily resize is my number 1 favorite. The Analytics tab is so very visual, and the future looking Projected inventory level has been game changing.
Cons
Number 1 request would be to be able to schedule S&OP to run.
Wish read/writing to Oracle was more real time than once per day exports and once every 2hr imports.
I would like better drillable reports particularly around inventory reporting.

Super and fantastic tool in supply chain
Pros
The extended visibility of buffer performance through running of the buffer profiler and inventory control on planning priorities. I love this
Cons
I dislike the elimination of the vendors attached to the POs, recently i can only view incoming orders and difficulty to tell from which vendors in instances where you have multiple suppliers for one particular product. Its really making follow ups difficult and cumbersome.

It was a bumpy road to get where we are today. We are very happy with what Intuiflow has allowed us to do. Our lead times have dropped to our customers and we are fighting fewer fires.
Pros
Buffers removed a clunky, time draining, and ultimately and inferior planning process. Intuiflow gave us a systematic approach to plan for variability.
Cons
A blessing and a curse is the amount of features and functionality. It took us quite a while to hone on what worked for us. We would have benefited significantly from having a consultant group like CMG.

Overall this program has been very beneficial and am looking forward to getting our entire catalog of items loaded into it.
Pros
Some of the things I like best are the visibility of all work in progress. This allows for better timelines internally.
The scheduling module helps us appropriately move personnel to the work and only work on what needs to be done at that time. This saves us time and help reduce our inventory levels to save us capital.
Cons
One of the things I would like is perhaps a better help section, perhaps with video walk throughs. Sometimes it can be a challenge to get answers to very specific questions.
