Easy to use, especially if you're coming from Typeform, it's almost identical
Outstanding and fast customer support
Video recording directly from the form

- Getting your surveys translated in several languages just takes a click.. Absolutely great\!

- The product will become even better with even more new features confirmed.

- No CNAME available at the moment.
- Occasionally you will find some minor bugs, but it can be reported to customer service, which will fix them as soon as possible. To be honest, from all the bugs I reported to them, they were already aware of them and taking steps to rectify them within the next few weeks.
