The best customer service enhancement tool

Pros

This tool is unbelievable :
1. The support for communications platforms like Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook is just awesome.
2. The shared team inbox makes the whole process so hassle-free and easy to manage.
3. Automatic assignment of new clients helps a lot in increasing the capacity in providing the service to our customers in the fastest possible way.

Cons

Nothing as such. The company is doing great work. Keep bringing new ideas in the software.

It is a tool that is constantly evolving and that allows us to use its new features in order to provide the best experience to our contacts and prospects. As I mentioned previously, for us the main problem that we were able to solve was the formalization of our communication process through WhatsApp with our contacts and prospects.

Pros

It is a great tool to manage all your WhatsApp contacts and prospects. It allows you to record digital sales and thus measure the effectiveness of your marketing effort. Highly recommended if you are looking to formalize communication through WhatsApp!

Cons

It would be great to have a flow module, where we can see how some automatic responses can appear depending on the questions.

Pros

I liked how easy is for sales reps to get started with it, and the natural flow to go from one client to another inside the system.

It really makes you go fast with your follow ups and new contacts

Cons

The reports are not good enough since they're very structured and apparently from a 3rd party service

When the client needs immediate help, just enter his WhatsApp application and send us a message and we can answer him and solve his problem immediately, without wasting time writing an email.

Pros

The simple fact of having contact with the client immediately and easily is what I like the most. Integration with our Facebook is super easy and my clients are delighted.

Cons

It would be very helpful if the client could enter their email automatically when sending a WhatsApp, in this way we could have their cell phone number and email, but in general I love it like this.

I recommend Sirena as the best solution, at least in LatinAmerica, for managing whatsapp for sales teams.

Pros

Sirena has a simple and whatsapp-like design, that makes it very intuitive to be used. Really simple. In terms of functionality it counts with almost all you need, without complexity.

Cons

The platform is not so stable. Frequently appears delays in messaging sent/received, and sometimes the platform has some functions not working well. The customer support in many times do not have a solution or an estimation of when the problems would be solved.

Is a great tool for the marketing team

Pros

The part that is most functional to marketing area is the reports of results, clients and media. I like that its very easy to use, no need an exhaustive training to the users.
The sales persons can use it like a helpfull tool and we can handle what they load into the database

Cons

Sometimes the sales or comertial managers demand some fields or filters that its a little complicated to ask Sirena to develop it

Pros

We are very happy with this APP. It's easy to use, you get fast answers back and for us, the best it's that you can use the same whatsapp number for a call center.

Cons

There is only 3 languages to choose, so if you dont understand English, Spanish or Portuguese, it can be a problem.

While sirena is amazing, very hard work must be put into its availability, this software must be HA-compliant, this cannot go down... And a better tech support is apreciated.

Its like whatsapp really, with some enhancements features that stand out from the rest.

Cons

Several issues happened in the few months we have with the software, several outages, slow downs, some issues with some services, and the VERY VERY SLOW response in tech support... this software is BUSINESS CRITICAL for us, if sirena doesnt work, we loose all of our customers in that day or make angry the current users... tech support MUST BE 24/7 and with a reasonable response time, i cannot wait a full day to get an anwser to a problem we have NOW.

As I said, my experience was very good, but I would improve some things to make Sirena a better plaform.

Pros

The platform is incredibly easy to use. It is very comfy and it wasn't hard to implement it on my daily basis job

Cons

I set the title "Almost perfect" just because there were some aspects that I didn't like. For example, sending times. Sometimes the app took almost 1 day to send my messages! Also, I found a little uncomfortable the fact that i cant organize my contacts and delete the ones I know aren't important anymore. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about.

The team is spread in some places of LATAM. They need to structure their knowledge better, the salesperson told me that I could use 2 lines for 1 team, but after I signed the contract that was not able to do so.

Pros

Easy to use, customer support is fast. Only able to use for WhatsApp.

Cons

Layout still cripple, Facebook blocks a lot of functionalities, not able to have multiple services into the system (ex. twitter, Facebook), 2 telephone lines can not be control by one group, expensive.

Pros

It is simple to use for different team member. The analytics are accurate when compared with the Google Analytics.

Cons

It's difficult to change the answers in the conversations, I would like to see the pre saved responses in that screen. Also, all the time your changing things and the platform fails. Also, we would like an integration with Facebook Ads because is difficult to assign traffic, we have to ask tons of questions in Sirena, that the community manager has already ask.

I really like the reason of this platform, it let everybody answer and it works for customer experience.

Cons

Quotation is very good but you can only make 1 quote or add to the existing one.
It is prepared to europe and south america and is not easy to adapt things, at leas in my experience, for example i asked the format 0.000,00 changed it to 0,000.00, I haven’t received an answer
