Ease of use. Functionality. I can view the reports immediately after my inspectors have completed them.

uploading photos and documents can take some time. Permissions on reports could be adjusted. Better (more reliable) notification structure could help.

I am impressed with the thoroughness and how everything can be tied together, "one stop shop".

It's not that I dislike any of the options, it is more to do with getting used to the program. I have run into situations that do not completely line up with how the training is set up, so it takes some guess work to figure it out.

You can snap photos and everything looks good but you have to place a lot of info that you don't even know and you end placing whatever to finally be able to submit.

You get confused often, it is not a friendly app all the people with low tech knowledge, and even with knowledge of technology we get confused so rapidly, and we have to place a lot of information in order to finally submit something without getting errors

Gives me more time to inspect instead of writing reports and I can draw and edit pictures. I can easily download pictures and reports without having to save them on my computer.

Not everything I would like to use is on it yet.

Uploading photos with location tags into daily reports and keeping the track of the quantities executed onsite

That I need high speed internet to upload photos of high resolution, and when uploading these photos at the internet availability point, the pictures are tagged where the internet location is and not where it was taken on the job site. e.g. tags the location of the office and not the job site.

I like the mobile access and the ability for the field to provide live updates

Its inefficient to edit data on the webpage and there's not enough options to customize user settings.

It's super easy to use and tracking the project expenses is so simple.

Not being able to upload more than one photo at a time via phone.

The product was easy to use, helps make projects organized and easy to access reports from other projects. It was convenient to be able to complete reports on site with the mobile app.

Most team members, myself included prefer using the browser version of Builterra, instead of the mobile version.

The best feature is the field data is easily viewed in office.

The integration gets better and better. Some features like our truck tracking is difficult to manage (aside from the same day data) in the field. Office/browser side works great

I currently have a found anything that really challenging.

The cell phone app. Can use my phone in the field and then come and finish it off on the PC.

Cant take pictures on a tablet. The system crashes every time I take a picture with a tablet. So I am forced to use my cell phone.

Adding photos more than one at a a time would be a good feature for desktop version

I like that the program takes the information that is provided the user and prepare a uniform report and the format matches the your colleagues.

Depending on the platform being used when mobile (Android or ios) the drop down and search options could be improved.

This is daily use software that cuts down on paperwork

Using Builterra on our tablets and phones on site was very useful for writing speedy inspections. We mainly used Builterra on our mobiles for taking pictures and tracking locations.

Sometimes WORD reports and PDFs wouldn't get generated properly, but after contacting Builterra staff it would be resolved promptly.

While filling out the report in the field, what I like most about this mobile app is the location setting. If you are filling out multiple or numerous reports on one project, at each location you would hit the "Location" tab and would ping you in on a map at that exact location.

As the users are taking photos to add to the reports, sometimes the photos do not show up on the Portal, so I have to ask the user 3 days down the road to click on that report and re-sync it and then it would come through.

The fact that most of the items are picked up app automatically such as location, weather and edits the placement of the photos.

Every time you write a activity or observation you have to hit the submit button and to edit it you need to go to review mode. It would be easier to add numbers on table for construction members and equipment used rather than selecting once by one. When you take a photo some times it gets deleted and you will have to retake it. When manually a photo is added it adds a default stamp which is incorrect. Contractor has to be written every time you edit the report. When publishing in pfd for example if you have tree photos the stamp of the photo will show on the next page. Adobe files are very heavy when directly publish as pdf. No weekly set up

I love the built in GPS for location purposes. The syncing from mobile device to desktop/laptop works amazing every time.

A few times the adding a picture from the app camera to a report, would cause the report to crash.

It does the trick and great value for the money.
