very expensive comparing to other ecommerce websites

I liked how easy it was for someone not tech savvy to build one of the best looking websites I've seen. Their support was there for any questions as well. I built something I was proud to run my business from quickly.

The monthly tiers for using it are quite high and I still need to pay for hosting and shopify fees.

It includes many applications that you have to pay for on another themes

I needed to hire an expert to switch to debutify

Integration with existing Shopify set was easy. Main benefit was the increase in conversion rate due to a few key add ons (sticky add-to-cart button, skip cart etc.)

It is fairly expensive, but we can see a clear return on investment

I love the idea of what they are claiming to be selling. I would have had loads more to comment here in Pros IF I ACTUALLY HAD A CHANCE TO TRY IT FULLY

Only problem is, they end up cutting your trial period short on the 2nd day of installing, then when you contact support they say, "Our system doesn't lie sir, so I'm sorry sir but that means your the liar." After some carefully selected, heated words with support I managed to reluctantly get back at least 7 days of the trial (huge let down as 2 weeks is already a very short time to get it all set up, tested, optimized, tweaked and optimised etc. THEN 2 DAYs AFTER THAT "SUPPORT" CHAT, I get an email saying my trial has come to an end & that it's my last chance to save all my hard work on the apps that I barely even had chance to see because of this horrible experience that ends up wasting my time on something that COULD'VE been very helpful for my store. If only they didn't become like yet another one of the support-less ones that start off showing they care but quickly outgrow their support & care for client mindsets. Very... NO, EXTREMELY dissapointed because I really did have high hopes for Debutify. After being called "liar" to my face & treated as less than worthy for even a TRIAL experience, I've lost interest.

With Debutify's main theme, I am able to give e-commerce and Shopify beginners a beautiful theme to start their journey with. It is very intuitive and fits well into the platform's structure. Customize-able pages and the myriad of options allow for high converting stores that aid in the success of a store owner. It is also beginner friendly in that instructions within Shopify's interface are easily understandable.

There are some areas that are still unclear, for example logo placement on the homepage and why it uses a default logo. Some of the default settings are awkward as well, such as tags and social sharing buttons.

Has a lot of built in features, lots of customization options, yet too overwhelming for a person new to e-commerce

The subscription based theme add ons are what can really make this theme more expensive in the long run.

I truly love the features they had like you can get direct email but also direct phone numbers.You can also search for different companies, different industries and you can also view Decisions makers by filtering their designation.

I strongly belive the accuracy rate of Data need to be update. Rarely you will find outdated email or Direct numbers.I would suggest them to regularly update their system.

Debutify is definitely one of the best out there. The options seem limitless and you can easily change aspects on your website within minutes. It's very easy to use and one of the greatest feature is that your website style is the same after just a few clicks.

I feel like Debutify could work on some features that enables users to be even more creative with the theme, it can look very similar to other websites.

A guy online told me about Debutify to work with Shopify as a theme and it changed my life. I couldn't believe that it's actually free and the customer service help I needed when I first started to iron out a few things I wasn't sure about, was fantastic. I love how it can magnify over mockup images so the customer can see the details in the product. It's so easy now I know how to work it and functional. Would, and have, recommended it to others.

Can't see anything I would change or don't like.

This app is really easy to use. After installation my conversion rate went from 1% to 3%.
It's a no brainer, I will highly recommend Debutify to anyone starting an online store.

The price is a bit high if you want all the functionalities but that's what a quality app cost I guess.

I really enjoyed the ease of use for this theme. It is well designed and and invokes a trustworthy online store for customers.

The cost is a bit high and it does not fully integrate with all of the apps I use. And it is not on the Shopify app store.

Debutify gave our shopify store a more professional look and allowed users to easily find products. We were using a standard template from Shopify but it made our store look similar to most of the other shops that were on shopify.

I believe that the enhanced graphics made our site slightly slower to load but it was very minimal and the professional layout was worth sacrifice a little loadtime.

Faster and intuitive, good PP that is the most important in my company.

More options to personalize the theme like icons.

I love how easy it is to issue and customize.

I don’t think anything need to be improved, I really like this software.

The clean, futuristic design is outstanding in comparison to all other websites themes out there.

Not being able to customise everything.

I actually loved the customer experience and service. I had some issues with my code and when asked for help they guided me step by step.

I believe there should be added more days to the free trial.

I love this theme. It is very easy to use and converts well.
