I love that it is the perfect way of inciting FOMO (fear of missing out) in your customers by showing you live sales notifications. It also helps to prove to potential customers that others out there are buying from you.

I would like to have more control over the look of my notifications/pop ups

I bought it on AppSumo, it takes a little bit to figure it out, but once you get the hang of it, it is good. The value is there from what I paid for it.

Tech support, the guy I spoke with was rude.

It's easy to set up and it really satisfies our FOMO needs, it helps us drive our FOMO strategy and make changes anytime we need to.

It is very easy to integrate WiserNotify with other softwares and services. The setup of notifications is easy and intuitive thanks to the great UI. The support team always responded promptly to my issues and helped me fix and setup everything that might've been a problem for me.

Nothing a simple support request wouldn't fix.

When I say not to leave money on the table, what I mean is that my blog visitors are potential leads and customers. With WiserNotify, I am able to convert my site visitors into checking out my YouTube channel, learn how many videos I have published, what's the total number of views my channel has got - all in one single simple slider to my website visitor. Not just that, there are many different types of 'notification' sliders I can make use of! The best thing about WiserNotify is its aesthetic design and simple-to-use interface.

Wiser notify keeps you in the loop in terms of number of visitors and the actions they take. Their notifications also help encourage visitors to take action thus increasing conversions on your site

It does everything I need it to do and does it well, so no complaints!

Wisernotify comes packed with a ton of nice looking templates to customize the type of notification you want on your site. It’s great for social proof as well as alerting customers to discounts available to them, and also collecting leads.

Honestly, there really isn’t much to dislike about this tool. It’s one of the cleanest and nicest I’ve come across! I guess if I had to name something, it’d be for more native integrations since we can always use more integrations.

I’ve used many social proof tools but I’ve to say nothing comes close to wisernotify. WiserNotify offers a lot of designs and amazing features which helps me increase my conversions. One of my favourite feature is notification sound. They recently added this and I noticed that my notifications started getting more attention than it used too. Now, more users click on notifications and land on a product page than before. Other feature that I like is AB testing. I started using it few days back and now I can compare which notifications are performing better and will drive more conversions. It is amazing!!! I haven’t tried all the features yet, but after what I’ve tried I can say this is one of the most efficient conversion tool.

I wish they could offer a dark theme in dashboard. Everything else is just amazing.

Quite easy to configure, a lot of options and possibilities. Works without any issue and the support is very fast to help. The tool is constantly improving.

Nothing yet in 2 years. I thought I could not use it to notify my visitors about last newsletter subscription, and this was solved in 10 minutes by the support!

The thing that i like most about WiserNotify is its designs. They offer a variety of designs matches the looks and feels of the websites. Since we're into eCommerce marketing business, we mostly use sales and review notifications. They just work amazing. The feature that allows us to target customers using UTM is amazing. Our paid campaigns now convert 3% more customers with WiserNotify.

They offer limited stock notification to only Shopify users. It should be made available to everyone

I could cherry-pick the reviews from our Capterra reviews to promote on our website as social proof. This works well to show people what their counterparts think.

We haven't seen any cons in Wisernotify so far.

There's no other app that I have experienced that is as responsive as WiserNotify when it comes to customer service. The team has been an absolute joy to work with and I am always impressed by the response time. They are so friendly and helpful, in addition to the fact that they build an amazing product.

Wisernotify helps in showing different use cases, i.e. product purchased, users online, etc. The ability to A/B test with analytics lets you understand what works and what doesn't

Little hard to setup and understand the data integrations at first. There are some custom webhook issues with Paddle that should have worked better.

The product works exactly how it says and the support is top-notch! They even added another integration for me to PayKickStart. They definitely take care of the customers and I highly recommend it!

I have yet to find a con with this tool.

WiserNotify is very easy to implement onto your website. It is great for getting a conversation started from prospective customers that you might not have been able to get in the past if you didn't have it implemented.
