easy to use , not so complicated , we can access anywhere , format is very brilliant .

overall my experience is amazed. i am regular using this software . Some call details , connected call data are are not showing if you can improved this please . i am using Ameyo Software with NPF .

Data management of meritto is very much good. it is designed keeping in mind the smallest needs required

when we login it ask OTP every time if we are not keeping password on remember password setting and there is some options lacking by enabling that it can be more effective

It is a great platform. We are obliged to get this as our Lead generation system.

Some times it gets complicated while using it.

i like how the things are customized to users needs. A good CRM and data management tool. it works best with exotel.

While handling the long call, half of the details are filled. but, while on the call NPF logs out automatically, making it difficult to find the lead and update the information. Pop up for calls work very rarely making it difficult to find lead as call hits. some time NPf fails to generate leads, which is being more frequent now. And on heavy call flow this becomes a major issue

Easy to access the CRM (Publisher and Counselor Panel both) and find the realtime search for your query of Leads

The Lead Stage Segregation does not show appropriate correct figure's.

Easy interface, Anyone with less skillset can easily use it.

Sometimes it's very slow to respond. When searching a particular filter, the page gets stuck and takes a lot of time to load. If too many windows are open, the main page starts to get hang. Auto log out in the evening.

We can easily check leads and use filters as well

Meritoo is a good crm but it's a bit slow it can be more fast

Simple user interface and quick filters for untouched leads

Taking the follow-up data and maintaining proper followup is very hectic.... Can't put an exact filters to extract a perticular set of data and also after updating a lead the whole lead set got refreshed , also while adding new filter the previous filter get disabled automatically

I particularly appreciate Meritto's search filters for:
Payment Status (complete, incomplete)
Application Status (complete, incomplete)
Disciplines/Programs (Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, etc)
Candidate Information (Name, Email, Phone, Candidate id etc)
Academic Qualifications (Degree, 10th,12th etc)
These filters make it easy to find specific candidate information, streamlining our application management process.

generally I would say there are no cons but gets loged out automatically everyday which i think that should be taken care

One single solution to manage the leads.
Easy to update useful information of leads.

More detailed information of lead (like city, stream, class) to be there on platform.
Email to the lead to be sent directly from the meritto.
Lead to be separate by their stream or class thru sort option once lead is categorized.

Reminder functionality is good in Meritto

NoPaperForms is a good platform for admissions management.

it's convenient for the user there are many features like customizable filters in Meritto which help me a lot during my work //integration with Ameyo is also super in it

sometimes there are some pop-up issues while calling to the customers because of it I am distracted a lot & because of this there is a negative impact also on customers because at the time of call, we don't have any clue about their names and educational background

I faced some issues in Meritto and these are:
* The user interface could be improved and made more attractive.
* The resolving time of the questions is high.

Some basic software updates are needed in lead management. We are unable to know payment time in lead manager.
And Many times it take time to update the payment on the application manager.
