Outvio makes printing labels and shipping out orders much faster.

Issues with couriers, but rarely. Probably Outvio is not even to blame here.

Customer service changed over time, less present but still ok

Easy to use, saves time and money, that was no-brainer for us, because we were scaling up and needed to automate e-store back end systems.

It covers our needs. Maybe needs upsell feature, when costumer email flows triggers.

We got help from the technical team to integrate to our shipping company. It is always easy to get in contact with the support team through live chat and they always do their best to solve any issues as soon as possible.

We have some business customers ordering through our website and we would like to use another shipping service for them. If there was a way to set a shipping rule with weight + private/company that would be a great feature for us.

Nothing so far, only there is a slight issue with shopify as it does not identify the courier correctly

La impresión de las etiquetas podría ser mejor. Escoger el tamaño del papel de la impresora, etc.
También estaría bien tener de forma gratuita el apartado de informes, otras plataformas lo tienen gratuito.

Llevo más de 7 meses utilizando Outvio. En prácticamente todo estoy contento con la empresa.

No obstante, en mi punto de vista les falta más analítica de datos.

Interfaz cómoda e intuitiva. Se lo recomiendo a cualquier empresa para gestionar sus envíos.

No todas las formas de suscripción tienen un chat para el servicio técnico y eso me parece importante

Es fácil de usar, extremadamente completo. Tiene todas las funcionalidades que necesitas y muchas más. Nosotros tenemos tienda online y trabajamos con Prestashop. Nos ha ayudado a automatizar infinidad de tareas que a diario nos robaban demasiado tiempo.... Y por el camino hemos encontrado funcionalidades extra que nos han servido de muchísima ayuda y a evitar errores.
Por si fuera poco, la atención al cliente "humana" e instantánea... No he probado los otros, pero ni se me pasa por la cabeza. Me quedo con Outvio

No he tenido problemas. Desde el minuto 1 he ido de la mano del equipo que me han ayudado a solucionar todos los contratiempos que surgían sobre la marcha. En un día estábamos funcionado sin errores.

Es la aplicación que utilizo para gestionar los envíos de shopify y otras plataformas todo en 1. Es facil de utilizar, tiene soporte al cliente y multiples opciones. Puedes integrar tu contrato o hacer los envios con sus tarifas. Tambien facilitan las devoluciones.

Ante cualquier cosa para mejorar, se puede contactar con el servicio de soporte.

La facilidad y sencillez a la hora de usar el software. Posibilidad de preconfigurar prácticamente cualquier proceso.

Antiguamente era más cercano el trato con sus profesionales. Pero debo reconocer que el nuevo sistema de tickets de incidencia funciona excelente.

Tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para administrar pedidos. Es muy intuitiva y fácil de usar.

Puede parecer un poco líosa al principio (entre unas pestañas y otras) pero no es nada que no se solvente con el uso.

Recomendamos 100% utilizar Outvio si tienes un ecommerce, porque te permitirá automatizar la logística y te ahorrará mucho tiempo y errores tanto en envíos, como devoluciones,... Es una plataforma con muchísimas funcionalidades que te ayudará a mejorar tu negocio sin lugar a dudas.

De momento no he tenido ningún problema. Al principio tuvimos problemas para sincronizarlo con Prestashop, pero gracias al equipo técnico, lo solucionamos muy rápido.
